Sir, Your videos are too much effective, descriptive & easy to understand. If every video had subtitle, then its will be more & more easier to understand, as I am a foreign student🙂. BTW,thanks a looot for doing such an effective activity❤️
Hello. In 20th century the weight if the flywheel was high so that time its difficult to give same rotation as motor. But now a days material of flywheel is lighter amso today it's possible to give full speed.
@@mechanicalnexus that means suppose my motor is rotating at 2000rpm . When i disengage the motor from the flywheel, at that instant the rpm of the flywheel will also be 2000 and will be slowly decreasing right? The rpm can’t be greater than 2000 of the flywheel isn’t it?
I am actually designing a mechanism for my graduation , the mechanism should do 2 of the welding , inertia and continuous. So can you give me any suggestion how i can arrange the driving shaft . It will be very helpful for me sir to understand this . Thank you
@@MarufKhan-zn1qt Hi Maruf.. For your question... deep study is required so I am unable to answer your question. I suggest you should go with research paper where you will get good Idea.
Please must Reply. I have performed thesis on this topic , by taking 5 different 1000,1200,1400,1600 and 1800 rpms and feed rate but at low rpm i.e 1200 i got the highest tensile strength and hardness . So please sir suggest me a better reason why??

Thanks for your words.. Yes I also feel so subtitles should be there. I will try to add it soon. 😊✌️
I searched and searched for these topics..and by far this is the best😍 thank you sir
You are welcome, Nishant 😊
U r great man...
It was clear crisp and to the point🙏
Thank You So Much 😊
Good class ❤
Thank you
sir poora concept clear ho gya ....
thank you sir......
Glad to heard it, Thank you 😊
Thank you sir
Thaks for infarmasation
Thank you sir....🖤
Thank You 🙂
Can u please suggest a place where we can weld dissimilar metals through rotary friction welding . My mtech project is based on this
Is it stronger than common electric welding...????
Yes Its stronger.. except some limitations
Sir ek vedio stud arc welding pr Banao with details of working principle
I will try
Friction welding or friction stir welding both are same or not?
I Don't know about stir welding, so can't say anything
Preheating temperature all metal and cutting temperature all metal please upload the video
Heat treatment par video banana hoga eske liye
Ok sir
Exam purpose ki def, advantage, disadvantages bhi provide karo aap toh only working batae ho
Does the rpm of the flywheel is the same as the rpm of the motor at the instant the motor is disengaged? Or greater than the rpm of the motor ?

Can we weld aluminium and magnesium through this , type of welding
Hi.. I can't say since I am a theory tutor only.
@@mechanicalnexus ohh ok sir no issues , thanks for reply

Your question is based on real time project and practicle. I only can explain basic type of welding. 🙂🙏
Friction welding and flash butt joint me difference
Check both videos.. you will get your answers
👍
🙏
sir aaj mera viva hai
Good Luck....👍😊
Thickness limitations?? Mini to maxi
Actually no such limitation are mention in books for friction welding.
Cuper to cuper wilding ho ga ?
Copper to copper welding hoga but due to copper is a good conductor og heat so parameter will change
friction Welding machine me welding hone ke baad me sfting Tut kiyu jati hai isaka Karan kya hai
Agr bonding atomic level par nhi hogi to weld tut jayga.
