I like when come mostly (or completely) assembled. Display is a bit generic for the price. In my opinion, the wood hearkens back to a surf style vibe

Quick release on a Ebike wheel is a huge nope from me.
The fact that your 6’1” and “120lb” means that most will get better range than you do. So in summation, I suggest you do some range tests. 😊
