Sir please tell me how to check whether lorry weighbridge is manipulated or not.
@@bbarot124 keep a vehicle in your control whose weight you know, for example you car or tractor or any other vehicle under your control. And keep weighing that vehicle frequently I.e. daily, weekly monthly. This way you basically checking it's calibration against standard weight. Any deviation may indicate some kind of manipulation.

Can we able to take weight of bin/ bunker when it's two load cell are faulty...if we can use so please reply need to change load cell location or 120degree apart from each other
Sure it will work with single load cell... If material is homogeneous around the peripheral if bunker. But if material is accumulated on one side then it will not give correct reading. Thats why 3 load cells are placed for rounded bunker to get average reading of 3 load cells.
Sir if my hoper bearing capacity to measure the material is 1000kg and I want to attach 4 load cell tell me load cell details
If it is rounded hopper 3 loadcells would be perfect. If it is squared hopper then you need to have 4 loadcells. Capacity always taken maximum load exerted on load cell here 1000 kg material capacity + empty hopper weight suppose it is 1500 kg. Now my load is 2500. Now add factor of safety 1.5 or 2 times of Max load, seeing the criticality and then calculate load cell capacity.

Pahle to pani jayega nhi kyonki load hermatically sealed hota hai.... Agar gya to dc supply short ho jayega load cell controller ki .. load me pani se damage hona ka kuch nhi hota
How can I identify if a single loadcell is malfunctioning in between on a 8 loadcell weigh bridge..?
You need to check output of each load cell. If it is faulty or load not getting transfer on that load cell, you won't see much change in millivolts in different load condition.
Second, you may isolate one load cell at a time and see which load cell causing the average millivolts to be increased as you isolates it's all wires from load cell JB. Faulty load cell brings down the average voltage of all connected load cells.

It is the only sensor which is used in every weighing machine.

@@user-im3kx6yn6i load cell needs excitation voltage and gives milli volt output upon exerting some force over it. Output millivolts can be fed to any system which can convert into in physical readable form

My question is why we connect loadcell 120 degree in case of 3 load cell combination
Fir circular hopper or bin.. minimum loadcell requirements is 3 when all the weight of bin or hopper is transferred. You can use more 3 loadcell but why when 3 loadcells are sufficient to take the weight of bin or hopper. So better to place these 3 loadcell at equivedistance which comes out to be 120 degree.

how solid flow feeder/ meter showing TPH...
Load can be measured by load cell by impact plat....but how time cames....it doesn't have any techo/ moving equipment.....
What is the common resistance value of load cell ?
Depends upon its design and specifications and varies from 120, 350 to 1000 ohm in some cases
