@@puterbac That's a clearer spoiler than some, since it's divulging specific information that is later explained. But it's important to realize that different people's definitions of spoilers can vary a lot, and if you don't know what a particular viewer's stance is, it's safest to assume the strictest definitions. For example, for a lot of people, like me, they would consider it a spoiler even to say something like "keep character X in mind", or "You'll grow to like character Y", or even "You'll really like the next episode", because no matter how vague these statements are, they set expectations for the future of the series that you wouldn't have hade without exterior comments. As a general rule, if it's something that you couldn't have known on your first viewing (without being spoiled yourself), no matter how trivial it is, it can be considered a spoiler.
When Malcolm was sent to Hell and spent what felt like 30 years there (even though it was just a few seconds in our world), he was being starved and disallowed food, people or TV as his punishment. That's why he gorges on food.
Be careful what you say, since that's a straight-up spoiler. It gets explained in a later episode, there's no reason to divulge it before the show does.
Lucifer needs his wings to fly from Hell to the mortal plain, but he can go back to Hell by dying. Since he no longer has his wings, he can not return once he goes back.
I love this episode so much because we get to see a much more emotional side of Lucifer! Tom Ellis does such an absolutely amazing job of bringing so much depth and emotion to Lucifer's character. I love that Lucifer asks the questions that make people think. How can god who is supposed to be omnipotent and watching over everyone, allow so much pain and suffering to happen. The priest was the first person who Lucifer actually felt like he could call a friend, and I love that even though the priest knew that Lucifer was the actual Devil, he didn't judge him. Because he knew that the Devil was a fallen angel, but he was still worthy of redemption. I've really enjoyed your reactions so far.
6:00 I mean, he shot and fled the crime scene, and for months he messed up an attempted murder investigation for not telling the truth... I think that would be a reason to go to jail lol And apart from that as he said, he looked the other way a few times... And remember that he was always out and didn't pay attention to his family? I don't remember for sure, but maybe he was corrupt himself at some point.
In my opinion, this is the best episode so far. By far, too. And I think that the Priest actually KNEW who Lucifer was. And did NOT Judge him. Thatr is just my opinion though. GREAT Post, Ladies. 👏
My mom said “I just saw the scene on Lucifer where he says “Can you play anything that doesn’t make me wanna impale myself?” and I said “That’s the one with the priest, right?” Keep in mind, I only watched this episode once 🤣
A Priest Walks Into a Bar- Thank you very much for a fantastic reaction, for another phenomenal episode that I love very much!!! This is definitely one of my favorite episodes within season one. I absolutely love the dynamic and growing friendship between Lucifer and Father Frank, and although tragic... I especially love seeing Lucifer take it so hard upon Frank dying in his arms in the end. Because for the first time aside from Chloe, given that he's unsure of where they stand with one another, Lucifer has found someone who wants to be his friend, and over a short time, he has come to realize he wants to be Frank's friend in return upon discovering just how terribly lonely he's really been all this time in his session with Linda. And more so, I absolutely love seeing this vulnerable side to Lucifer, especially since he is the Devil and not known to people to have any sense of emotions, loneliness, and the need for friendship. All of this makes Frank's death that much more heartbreaking. And it's because of Lucifer's reaction to his death that causes me to cry, more so than even seeing Frank die as sad as his death is. Lucifer has never known how it feels to have a friend and by the end... Frank was truly someone he had grown to care for. Frank had become his first friend, not fully understanding until the ending that Chloe already considers him a friend to her and that she wants him to think of her as a friend as well. And the the ending is absolutely phenomenal! I love how Chloe's and Lucifer's case spins so out of control as it suddenly becomes terrifying when Connor is seen by Chloe and Lucifer being tempted by the drug dealer known as the Spider to kill Father Frank, only for the Spider to kill Frank instead after Connor refuses to, then as Lucifer once again loses control after his anger rises when he attacks Frank's killer. I absolutely love seeing Lucifer's inner battle with himself as he struggles so deeply with fighting for control over his emotions. Pure rage and hatred for the Spider, to his heartbreak caused by the loss of his first real friend before he comes to understand that Chloe thinks of him as a friend as well. Thankfully, Chloe is once again there to pull Lucifer back from the edge and is able to save him from making a terrible mistake he would later come to regret if he had killed the Spider. I absolutely love seeing Lucifer come to the brink of losing himself to his seething anger, until Chloe brings him back down to save him because she cares about him so much. This storyline for Lucifer really shows a strong and emotional growth in Lucifer's character, and I absolutely love all of it. :) It's strange how Chloe never questions how it is that Lucifer is able to lift the Spider, who is so much bigger than him, off the ground and force him back against the wall so easily. Especially with one arm no less. Lucifer does things like this all the time, and while Chloe initially started questioning the strangeness about Lucifer before, she stopped doing so since she shot him and saw him bleed in episode four... Manly Whatnots. And now she appears to be in such deep denial about Lucifer's "Luciferness". Although, it's true that we all come to be in denial over things in life we can't possibly understand. But Lucifer still does things that no human can possibly do, even through adrenaline. Chances are, adrenaline from him being so angry is maybe how Chloe is able to play everything off in her mind so that his actions make sense in the only way she can accept them, as would anyone else who might witness Lucifer do things so seemingly miraculous. But back to the storyline... I also love the moment when Lucifer and Father Frank play Lucifer's piano together. Some of the music throughout this episode is really great, as we see and hear Frank start to play Knocking on Heaven's Door, which is the same song Lucifer also later plays in the end as well because he's struggling to come to terms with Frank's death. It is just so wonderful seeing Lucifer's change in attitude towards Frank as their scenes together continue on. And the piano talent... fabulous! And then... another of my absolute favorite moments is also towards the end, when Lucifer talks with God as he's staring up at the sky, having grown angry with his father for allowing Frank to die because he can't understand God's plans. Not for Frank and most certainly not for him. This moment for Lucifer is heartbreaking. This is something everyone can understand and really relate to, as I do all the time. Since we all struggle to understand God's plans for us during the difficult times in our lives. Especially with all the chaos going on in the world today. And I really feel like this is another one of the biggest reasons why I love this episode so much. Because I absolutely understand how Lucifer feels towards God during these hard times. I love God, and I believe in him wholeheartedly, but I struggle very deeply with believing in myself, and I can see this in Lucifer throughout this episode and the series, which is why I love it so much. I definitely struggle everyday with my own troubles like everyone does, and so I really appreciate that this show brings about this kind of emotion into such a sensitive storyline. Especially for Lucifer, who isn't a character known for possibly be able to feel this way. It's really, really beautiful, and I love, love, love Tom Ellis' portrayal of Lucifer all the more for his talent to be able to show so much emotion. You can see such pain and emotions in his eyes as he's holding the killer by his throat against the wall, and you can definitely hear it in the breaking of his voice as well. Another of my favorite moments... I really love the moment in the end between Lucifer and Chloe as well, when she comes back to LUX in order to comfort him after seeing him so deeply shaken by Frank's death. That she comes as a friend to comfort him and that Chloe lets him know that she is his friend too, when Lucifer has never had a real friend until now. I also love how Chloe cancels her date with Dan to go over to LUX's to be there for Lucifer when she understands he needs her more. This moment between them is so sweet, and I love it when they play Heart and Souls together on his piano. So adorable! I absolutely love the possibility of them coming together romantically. But for now... I love, love, love their friendship. :)
great reactions, I got behind so just binged your last 4 Lucifer reactions and they all were great, this episode here is still one of my favorites, Lucifer and the priest had great chemistry and Tom Ellis and Colman Domingo played every scene together perfectly, also I get chills with each re-watch of Lucifers balcony scene where he is yelling at god
"Takes a lot of energy to be a douche bag!" You nailed it! Strange but hell is perpendicular and just below your feet. Back a few episodes when Lucifer was about to let Nick Hofmeister and Josh Bryant shoot it out as Chloe stepped in he touched upon what you said about now seeing the other side, that there is good and bad. On to the next episode.... lets rock!
I have seen every episode roughly 10 times, it's great watching you experience this show for the first time. Being I know everything happening or about to happen I love seeing the "wheels" working in figuring things out.
You were right the first time - it's VERY philosophical. A LOT of deep questions and concepts are explored in this show...wrapped up in the envelope of a "police procedural". The police procedural part really takes a back seat. It's just to provide setting for the exploration and character development. It's *wonderful*. You ain't seen nuthin' yet!
Wow, that was an explosion of creativity. So many what ifs, ideas, possible twists, fantastic speculations ! A welcome enrichment to the TH-cam Lucifer reactions community. Thx a lot ! In the beginning, one of you says something like 'Lucifer does not care about anybody'. In this episode, you see how emotional Lucifer can get when a person he cares about is being harmed, e.g. the priest. Now imagine what Lucifer's reaction would be when he is in love with someone (e.g. Chloe) and this person is harmed ! The answer is in this seasons finale. Another word on Amenadiel. You are right, if you take Amenadiels words as given, your speculations and logical deductions are true. But what if Amenadiel was bluffing a little bit on Malcolm ? Who knows, we'll see... 😇😈
I like the fact that the two of you think deeply about what happens, and you have a long discussion about what you've seen. On the surface, the show is fairly light and entertaining, although it has its dark and heavy moments. But there is an over-arching story that's being told that is quite amazing, and it will take shape for you increasingly as you get deeper into the episodes. Lucifer is also a much more complex character than he appears. It's such a great show.
You will find some answers in the final episodes of S1. I am not saying that you get answers to all the questions, but some are clarified. Just one piece of information, in this show, there is only heaven and hell, purgatory does not exist.
I mean, lucifer does know about the purgatory, he has a card that is basically a portal to the purgatory, he gives it to john Constantine in the crisis in infinite earths mini series
As for the whole Malcolm, Amenadiel, and Dan storyline... it's most definitely intriguing, and I really feel badly for Dan too, even though he has definitely made some really bad mistakes by working with Malcolm... both now and back during the days before the incident on Palmetto Street. I most certainly do not condone his actions or excuse him because I feel bad for him. He has put himself in this position he's trapped in now. However, we do learn that Dan's mistakes come from him looking the other way a few times while Malcolm and his former partner, Paolucci acted corruptly. That he wasn't doing the corruption, just ignoring it. Which isn't good, but it's better than Dan being straight up a killer or anything else. And then... it's revealed that Dan shot Malcolm more so to protect Chloe when he saw that Malcolm was going to kill her, than him having killed him to protect himself. I really appreciate that about Dan, and it makes me, not only feel bad for him, but like him all the more than I did before this episode. He isn't evil. He's just struggling to find it in himself to do the right thing in regards to his mistakes. Dan is definitely a character who some people like and some people just hate. For me... I like him because there's intrigue in his character, and while we know he is a corrupt cop, you can still see he regrets his decisions. And I do appreciate this about him. In regards to why Dan might not have said anything to anyone back at the time he shot Malcolm in spite of him doing so in order to protect Chloe... I suspect that Dan was afraid of being found out of being a corrupt cop. And he was. In this episode, he talks to Malcolm about looking away a few times while Malcolm and his partner he had killed in the previous episode did some bad things. Drug deals, etc... And Dan had followed Malcolm to Palmetto Street, because like Malcolm mentioned to Dan in this episode, Dan's conscience was beginning to get the better of him and I suspect that Dan might have been considering killing Malcolm to stop him from continuing to hurt people. I believe Dan was just afraid that the cops would suspect him of being just as corrupt as Malcolm and Paolucci, and would have discovered they were right if they had looked into Dan's own misdeeds. So, I suspect that Dan stayed silent then in order to protect himself. To keep them from looking into why he was even at Palmetto in the first place, in spite of doing a good thing by protecting Chloe. I hope this all makes sense. As for Amenadiel and his actions... Amenadiel is an angel, and therefore in his own eyes, he is the epitome of good. He is all righteous. But that's just it... while Amenadiel should act as what we believe to be good, in his eyes... his actions are righteous because it was God's command for him to bring Lucifer back to Hell. And in his eyes, Lucifer is the epitome of evil. So he believes he is doing God's will, even though he's doing bad things such as hiring an evil human he has brought back from Hell solely for the purpose of having Malcolm kill his own brother. To Amenadiel, his actions are justified and are righteous. So wrong! And I feel so sad for Lucifer because we know that even though he is the Devil, there is so much more good in him than especially he can even begin to understand. And he isn't evil by any means. And while I am also intrigued by Amenadiel's deal he's made with Malcolm to have him kill Lucifer... I am so very angry with him to for plotting against his own brother. He's certainly not your typical angel you would expect him to be, but that's also what I love about him too. And you might know from watching other shows and movies too, that angels aren't always the beautiful, always good celestial beings we want to believe they are, but that they can be more the warriors of God, and that they're not always very nice. Also... I love how it's revealed that Malcolm had only physically been in Hell for about thirty seconds as he was dying upon being taken off of life support, but that it felt to him like he had been trapped in Hell for more like thirty years. Really brilliant!! Another big revelation that is beautiful and so important... I love the moment when Frank reveals to Lucifer just before he dies, that he knows Lucifer is really the Devil, and seeing Lucifer's shock upon realizing that Frank still cared about him and was his friend in spite of Frank truly knowing he's the Devil. Absolutely fantastic! What a phenomenal revelation, that makes Lucifer care for Frank all the more for being his friend in spite of Frank knowing he is the Devil and supposed monster that the world believes him to be. And lastly... the scene where Lucifer enters the confessional to speak with the confessing woman he suddenly becomes attracted to while pretending to be a priest, is hilarious. I especially love the moment he tells her to drink ten bloody Mary's and to have a good shag. Not good advice, but still hilarious just the same. However, I love this scene too... because it shows Lucifer doing something known to be in the true Devil's nature like he jokes to Chloe about when he states that temptation is in his nature. As it's talked about him being a tempter in the Bible and in all religions. This moment shows Lucifer drawing a woman into temptation, just as he did with Eve in the Garden of Eden and for all of his existence. It's brilliant! I always love when this show brings in real facts and knowledge about the true Devil in some way or another. Overall... this episode is absolutely phenomenal!! I love Lucifer's struggles to understand how Frank could believe in God so much in spite of losing his daughter. And more so... I love that Lucifer struggles so much with it, because he can't understand his father's plans for him because of his pain. The very pain we see in his face and in his eyes that he must have felt when God cast him out of Heaven and forced him down into Hell, therefore making him the Devil and blamed for all of humanity's sins. It's really tragic, yet beautiful to see through a character like Lucifer. Like I said above... Tom Ellis is absolutely phenomenal as Lucifer Morningstar. I absolutely love him! Thank you very much once again, ladies! This is a fabulous reaction, and I am so, so happy you're loving this incredible show as much as I love Lucifer too!!! And I am so, so excited for more Lucifer reactions from you like always. Until then, dear friends... Stay healthy, and be happy! :) Sincerely, Heidi
It's worth noting, that dude's eating a ton because he's returned from Hell. Imagine the kinds of things they'd eat or force you to consume while down there, if you're lucky enough to get that chance at all, and then returning to earth with all these foods and sweets.
A lot of people skip past Lucifer's line "Time to pull the legs off the spider" which I hate because in my opinion it was one of the best lines in the episode, sure its mostly just a cheesy one-liner, but the way Lucifer says it, matched with his expression and the knowledge of exactly what he's about to do made it amazing for me
For example in Poland priests don't have a normal salary actually, in the sense that they get a fixed salary every month. They collect donations at the mass. Additionally, they charge fees for all ceremonies - weddings or funerals, for example. There is also a tradition called "kolęda" (in English it means a carol), but it consists in the fact that the priest visits all parishioners at home after Christmas time and he usually receives additional donations from them. And there are several other sources of their earnings. Priests are unlikely to admit how much they earn, this also differs from the size or wealth of the parish - in the city (it may be even 10 000 pln per month) and in the countryside (it may be only 3000 pln, with a job at school around 4000). 4000 pln = 1090.21 usd, 10 000 pln = 2725.53 usd But the average monthly salary from donations is from 1500 to 3000 pln (408.83-817.66 usd). Also from that, they pay tax to the state and some of the amount is collected by curia.
Connor relationship with Father Frank is a metaphor for Lucifer's Father's (God's) feelings for Lucifer. He is sad he made bad choices but still believes there is good in him, wants the best for him and makes plans to help him choose the best life for himself but Lucifer can choose to do what he wants regardless. Took me 3 viewings to realize that. Lucifer not being able to light his cigarette I think shows his own identity confusion. He is the Lightbringer/Morning Star, an angel but he is struggling to bring light. He hasn't done good like this probably since before he fell. He's a bit rusty and has rebelled against that role.
Thanks. Like the reactions. After watching your Expanse reactions (which I also enjoyed), I wasn't sure what you'd think of Lucifer, but I'm glad you're enjoying it, and having fun picking apart its ideas. It definitely has some interesting ones! ☺ One minor thing: Amenadiel did _not_ promise to take Malcolm to Heaven--he _only_ threatened to send him back to Hell if he didn't cooperate. I can't really explain more without drifting into spoiler territory, but this is just a detail you guys missed. Also, keep in mind that Lucifer no longer has wings. This is relevant to some of the questions you were asking! (You'll probably figure out which ones if you think about it, but I don't want to make things _too_ easy.) ☺
As you'll see throughout the show, Dan is a _complex_ character and you'll see he's all over the map Lucifer will tell Dan in a future season, _"You always at least _*_TRY_*_ to do the right thing"._ Dan's rationale here is that he shot Malcolm to protect Chloe and that his cover-up was to protect both her and Trixie.
My favorite episode of season one Tom Ellis put on a acting clinic . No matter what Lucifer did he could not get the Priest to change . The baddy ate so much because his time in Hell his punishment was always starving
this show is so philosophical! it’s so crazy. just wait. pay attention to all the questions and the character development. it only gets relatable from here…
If I'm not mistaken, Dan was there with Malcolm at the scene of the shooting because they were working together but Dan only shot Malcolm after he realized Chloe was there and in danger. So Dan was as dirty as Malcolm was.
You should really watch him in Miranda which is on Hulu. It’s before he was Lucifer. He’s so adorable in it. Miranda and he are childhood friends and she has a massive crush on him and can’t handle it. You will fall in love with him all over again.
in my country (denmark) we all pay 1% of our taxes to the church(unless you specifically ask to be excluded) which pays for the priests salaries, maintenance etc :) I am under the impression they get a pretty decent wage, not sure though :-)
Priest DO get paid Carly. . . .the payment is called a 'STIPEND' ( NOOOOO Not a stiff end ) and it depends on the rank of the priest and how large his congregation is. . . .Y'Know,. . .provincial church or Cathedral. . . .
I'm pretty sure priests get paid. They work for a church, the church get's donations and the priests get their salary from the church. At least where I live it works like that.
I know this video is a year old but i wanna say i know why Malcolm ate so much at the end remember he said in hell they starved him so that is why he was eating so much food maybe you know that now but for some reason i felt the need to say it love your guy's reaction though
My favourite episode of season 1. I'm enjoying watching your reactions and discussions girls 👍. I hope you're going to see it through to the bitter end, season 3 is a bit long and a few episodes are not as good but it's worth seeing it through, seasons 4 & 5 are awesome, season 6 is yet to come 😈
Love both of your reaction to this episode,,,,,,,👍🏼🤘🏼👍🏼🤘🏼👌🏼👌🏼🤟🏼🤟🏼…. I think y’all are both amazing just saying,,👍🏼👍🏼🤟🏼🤟🏼.. Lucifer finally found a friend and who would’ve thought it would be a priest ,,, 😳🥸…. I believe Father Frank, was playing “knocking on heavens door” by Guns N’ Roses,,, before Lucifer joined him on the piano,,,🤔🤔🤔🤔,,, what’s amazing is an almost questionable that Chloe noticed Lucifer picking up the sponsor high off the ground…. It was real sad to see father Frank to die in lucifers arms….. The biggest mystery right now is Malcolm, using Dan, to get what he wants so he can finish what Amenadiel, told him to do,,,,,,,🥸😱🥸…. I like that y’all are watching two episodes at a time I think you should keep that going. So with saying that,, onto the next two episodes,,,,,👉🏼👉🏼👉🏼👉🏼👉🏼👉🏼🥸🥳🤩…
Actually, it's "Knocking on Heaven's Door" by Bob Dylan, one of his most popular and widely covered songs. Nearly two hundred artists have released versions of the song, including Eric Clapton, Roger Waters, Neil Young, Jerry Garcia, The Persuasions, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Television, Ladysmith Black Mambazo, Avril Lavigne, and Wyclef Jean. And, yes, GnR. ☺
I always took issue with Lucifer's being upset he knows without a doubt heaven exists and even knew the priest was there and reunited with his daughter I always felts the last little monologue was written more form a doubtful humans perspective as opposed to Lucis
He knows afterlife exists but he still values LIFE. Really not that complicated. He's made it clear from the start. His home is this world. Not the next. Plus he's not welcome in heaven, so he wont ever see his new friend again.
If lucifer ever did die in the mortal world he would be sent back to hell but he would pursue the role the ruler of hell the devil And lucifer is banished from heaven so if he dose die he won't go to heaven
I'm wondering if you'll be interested in the show iZombie, another crime comedy I enjoy. If you don't have a long list, I recommend it strongly, but no rush.
"Your father" has a plan, Lucifer. A priest who didn't say "OUR Father"?
He knows Lucifer is legit. R.I.P. Father Frank.
People are hoping to see Father Frank again in Season 6.
Just remember this ladies one of the first things Lucifer always says is he doesn't lie. Keep that in mind and you'll have your answers
He is clever with his phrasing at times though.

It's definitely one of mine.

Maybe because lucifer doesn't have his wings anymore so he can't fly out
Priests get around $50,000 and up, depending on where they live. Pay goes up with experience, like with most jobs.
This show will get you emotional just saying 😂 but can't wait for more reactions❗
great reactions, I got behind so just binged your last 4 Lucifer reactions and they all were great, this episode here is still one of my favorites, Lucifer and the priest had great chemistry and Tom Ellis and Colman Domingo played every scene together perfectly, also I get chills with each re-watch of Lucifers balcony scene where he is yelling at god
Wait until you see "Saint Lucifer" and that will touch a lot on what you two were discussing about Lucifer's growth.
Blonde girl: " I think I'm gonna cry"
WE: Then DO IT
I know I did cry. It was a very emotional episode :(
You were right the first time - it's VERY philosophical.
my favorite episode in the first season!
9:48 14:55 This song play the priest is the song play lucifer in the end. In they honor
The Devil and a Priest play piano together...
One of the most Beautiful episode.
"Why do I feel like I'm gonna cry this episode?" Girl....fuckin...just you wait. I have BALLED my eyes out watching this show.
I think Lucifer in the confessional is one of the comedic highlights of the first season, on par with the Devil ruining Jimmy's wedding.
If you don’t know there are 5 season out and a sixth and final season coming out
Priest are employees of the diocese they work in and they are salaried
Sincerely,
Heidi
Lucifer: _"Surely you must be joking!"_
Me (channeling Chloe): _"No, I'm not -- and stop calling me 'Shirley'"_
(I loved _Airplane,_ what can I say?)
I hope you guys keep reacting to the next seasons. i love your reactions
Love the last piano duet - Heart and Soul...
It's worth noting, that dude's eating a ton because he's returned from Hell. Imagine the kinds of things they'd eat or force you to consume while down there, if you're lucky enough to get that chance at all, and then returning to earth with all these foods and sweets.
A lot of people skip past Lucifer's line "Time to pull the legs off the spider" which I hate because in my opinion it was one of the best lines in the episode, sure its mostly just a cheesy one-liner, but the way Lucifer says it, matched with his expression and the knowledge of exactly what he's about to do made it amazing for me
16:20 the wings!! The angel wings
4000 pln = 1090.21 usd, 10 000 pln = 2725.53 usd
But the average monthly salary from donations is from 1500 to 3000 pln (408.83-817.66 usd).
One minor thing: Amenadiel did _not_ promise to take Malcolm to Heaven--he _only_ threatened to send him back to Hell if he didn't cooperate.
As you'll see throughout the show, Dan is a _complex_ character and you'll see he's all over the map
Lucifer will tell Dan in a future season, _"You always at least _*_TRY_*_ to do the right thing"._ Dan's rationale here is that he shot Malcolm to protect Chloe and that his cover-up was to protect both her and Trixie.
My favorite episode of season one Tom Ellis put on a acting clinic . No matter what Lucifer did he could not get the Priest to change . The baddy ate so much because his time in Hell his punishment was always starving
this show is so philosophical! it’s so crazy. just wait. pay attention to all the questions and the character development. it only gets relatable from here…
Still one of my FAVORITE episodes.
If I'm not mistaken, Dan was there with Malcolm at the scene of the shooting because they were working together but Dan only shot Malcolm after he realized Chloe was there and in danger. So Dan was as dirty as Malcolm was.
I watch the whole thing and I love the reactions you give every episode 🙂
The doctor is hot
So many people in this series seem to have a positive connection to Chloe, even a certain villain yet to be revealed. Malcolm is *NOT* among them.
Father Frank had to go back to his own show Fear The Walking Dead.
remember this song that plays heart and soul :)
BEST EPISODE OF LUCIFER HANDS DOWN
For season 1? Sure. Season 5B has amazing episodes
@@israymervalentin-arias6313 Honestly... probably out of season 1 and 2.
The average salary for members of the clergy including priests is $53,290 per year.
I don't recall Amenadiel ever offering to take Malcolm to heaven.
Just one of My favorites episode of the show🥺
Favorite episode cause of that song scene
The ‘portal’ is the wings
You should really watch him in Miranda which is on Hulu. It’s before he was Lucifer. He’s so adorable in it. Miranda and he are childhood friends and she has a massive crush on him and can’t handle it. You will fall in love with him all over again.
in my country (denmark) we all pay 1% of our taxes to the church(unless you specifically ask to be excluded) which pays for the priests salaries, maintenance etc :) I am under the impression they get a pretty decent wage, not sure though :-)
This show has surprising depth and emotion for what seems a silly light concept.
no entiendo nada de lo que dicen pero igual las veo
Priest DO get paid Carly. . . .the payment is called a 'STIPEND' ( NOOOOO Not a stiff end ) and it depends on the rank of the priest and how large his congregation is. . . .Y'Know,. . .provincial church or Cathedral. . . .
Even if Chloe and Dan had similar stories, they'd still go to jail for "covering it up" or not reporting what happened in the first place
Some priests do get paid by the respective church denomination they serve at. He's catholic so he gets paid .
The pain there gonna go through😭😭
I'm pretty sure priests get paid. They work for a church, the church get's donations and the priests get their salary from the church. At least where I live it works like that.
ALRIGHT HURRY UP AND WATCH MORE !!!! I'VE BINGED ALL OF THEM AND AM CAUGHT UP 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 !!!!
I know this video is a year old but i wanna say i know why Malcolm ate so much at the end remember he said in hell they starved him so that is why he was eating so much food maybe you know that now but for some reason i felt the need to say it love your guy's reaction though
wrath is the best sin of All of them there only two I haven't done yet.
My favourite episode of season 1. I'm enjoying watching your reactions and discussions girls 👍. I hope you're going to see it through to the bitter end, season 3 is a bit long and a few episodes are not as good but it's worth seeing it through, seasons 4 & 5 are awesome, season 6 is yet to come 😈
A Seattle sweater? Awesome. I thought you sounded like Northwesterners.
i really like your reactions and i hope you actually watch the whole show!!
Linda and Mazikeen FTW. ❤️❤️ I ship them soooo.
Priests get paid. PAID PAID
my fav episode
A few people have caught the fact that you can hear thunder when Father Frank dies. As though God accepted him to heaven 🙏
Augustus waters?
I always took issue with Lucifer's being upset he knows without a doubt heaven exists and even knew the priest was there and reunited with his daughter I always felts the last little monologue was written more form a doubtful humans perspective as opposed to Lucis
He knows afterlife exists but he still values LIFE. Really not that complicated. He's made it clear from the start. His home is this world. Not the next. Plus he's not welcome in heaven, so he wont ever see his new friend again.
If lucifer ever did die in the mortal world he would be sent back to hell but he would pursue the role the ruler of hell the devil
And lucifer is banished from heaven so if he dose die he won't go to heaven
You guys will be surprised in a good way on who was cast as God. He was the perfect God...
You are the one who punishes yourself.
Aurora. . . . 'PRECAUTIOUS' ? ? ? ? ? ? I cannot believe you said that ( ! ! ! ) I still love ya tho' Babe.
11:30
The Catholic concept of _purgatory_ is absent from this show. It might have come in handy in 05x15, though.
I would like to hear welcome back to our channel in the introduction coz i see your girlfriend is also with you and i beleive she will also like it
Wait until you girls get to season 5.... you will be in for a big surprise.
How to Chloe that wonder how’s the fur picked up a big ass Man he has to be £300
Lucifer is banished from Heaven if he goes to heaven he will die
If he dies he will go to hell every single time unless God allows am in heaven
have you watched the witcher series?
if not, you should watch it. it's great
Do not lnow if are still watching this show there will be 6th season for the show
I'm wondering if you'll be interested in the show iZombie, another crime comedy I enjoy. If you don't have a long list, I recommend it strongly, but no rush.
Love your amanitas. ^_^
Lucifer represents evil he is not evil
