Supposedly by what some people have told me, a friend I had died here from having a seizure in late October 2013.
Got the scare of my life at 9:00. You can clearly hear someone scream "Hey!", but....it was inside the trailer that I had been in...

UPDATE: Just saw yesterday afternoon (06-20-2018) that a small row of new apartments are being built here.

I think its a shamé,they tear all these places down to build something new,when,here in America we have all these homeless families with no where to go for shelter,when the dollars for the new construction could be used to fix these places up .
I decided to look up Adirondack Trailer Park and I found your video. It was in 1985 when I resided there with my young son. We first lived on Plattsburgh AFB, and my husband became more and more abusive. I went to a place in Plattsburgh, NY called Stop Domestic Violence, and they helped me, get away from my abusive husband and suggested I move into the Adirondack Trailer Park. My son age 3 and me, moved into a half of trailer, the other half was occupied by a woman and her husband was in jail. I remember one time, someone came to the trailer I rented and a man opened the door with a screwdriver and realized he was in the wrong trailer. I was a young mother and had no vehicle and my husband kept the car as he was in the Air Force. I had to walk with my son to buy groceries and could only carry so much as I was also pregnant and the grocery store was so far away. I was lucky when a friend would visit and would give me a ride to the store. I decided to buy a turkey, figuring it would feed us for a few days. My husband came by the trailer and pulled me out during hurricane Gloria and threw me in the mud. Life was hard there. Washing my clothes and my son's clothes in the olive green bath tub and my hands became so raw they would bleed. I do remember the sink was in the shape of a shell. I ended up, getting on a bus to return back home to Boston Massachusetts. My mother picked me up at the Greyhound bus station, and she was so happy to see us and said "you look anorexic" I told her I had pneumonia. 1985 was a long time ago, but I do remember I left the turkey in the refrigerator. Lesson Learned, sometimes life if difficult but don't give up. Never give up. Tomorrow will be better. I never lost my faith in God. I got out of that place and went home.
I am glad you got out.. not too many get that privilege. this park was on the show married at first sight, one of the girls on the show lived there with her siblings, her mother was in abusive relationships and the older sister adopted the younger ones and the mother has barely anything to do with them. I had a friend I used to be pen pals with that lived there too about 15 years ago she walked in on her boyfriend raping her daughter and he killed her, seems like that park is filled with crazy history and a good thing it's closed now

Dominick Bundy he said his throat was burning & thought 💭 there were contaminates. It depends if the seizure was caused by something at the trailer Park, some sort of contamination. That's the only reason I can imagine it being closed / abandoned because someone died. Who knows?
So many homeless people out there and all these abandoned places it makes me sick
UPDATE: The trailer park was demolished back in August 2017. Don’t know what the new plans are, but I will make sure to keep y’all updated!

Melissa Ugly me too, I've become addicted lol 😁. Some of the videos 📹 show some truly amazing & beautiful places that have been abandoned, some even have so much personal stuff left in them & all left to rot away. Such a shame & a waste.
what a shame people are homeless and can't get a apartment or low income people would benefit from this place

Have you ever stopped to think these folks act the way they do,and do the things they do because they ARE homeless! A lot of them act out of DESPERATION..have you ever been forced to spend bitter cold nights on the street or gone without food for days? I think not,otherwise you would not have made such a callous remark!

that first room off of the living room is a sewing room or an option was a washer and dryer hook up . that is the same model live in.

I don't know why these were abandoned. One old friend of mine said because of whoever owned the area wasn't good, and I've heard it also was abandoned because a close friend of mine died there in 2013.

Do you know why these trailers are abandoned? My guess is that whoever owns the land has sold it or wants to sell it. Dim inside on an overcast day but the trailers you explored look rather nice places; nothing fancy but nice. Whoever owns them should make sure they're locked. I seen potential trouble and lawsuits there.

l know the area well. the trailers are from the 60 and early 70s. the park was put up for sale. the trailers do not meet code . sorry to say and will not be able to be moved to property as they were built before hud code of 1974 .the house also go with the mobile homes. the cost to upgrade all 9 units total rehab the city would rather that go and new construction /housing go in.
That is a shame. So many homeless. We really need more homes

At Bakers Trailer Park 1959 purchased new Marlette Mobil home $3300 $80 mo Wife and I and Daughter Diane lived there while I was Stationed at Plattsburg AFB NY after I returned from Guam and Japan, Diane out Daughter born in Plattsburg NY
The city could be taking all these abandoned trailer parks and turning them into a place for the homeless ... It's a shame and a sin to let them waist away when thare are so many children needing a home

The ones that are gun they might have been the lucky ones who were able to move them to another place and not have to abandoned it. I know about them because I used to live in one but I sold it for a house. Once a place shuts down you either have to get it moved or leave it.

I lived in the area then. Hygienic sewage removal was an issue in the area.
I'm surprised that place isn't full of bums.
It all got torn down back in 2018 and was eventually converted into a small pocket of 1-2 bedroom apartments.

when I watch this story I can't help but think of all the homeless family's . I am sure that this trailer park was bought by some Investment Company and ran down then the company closed it out and call that condemn it has been happening all over Wisconsin

big d was there illegally filming.must have broke into a few trailers to film.had plywood over every door 3/4 inch.thetrailers were sold for scrap.they were not in a condition i would live in
