BGC was design by Ayala Group. Kaya Quality. Urban planning is design similar here in Abroad. I bought a Unit way back 2005 for only P4.5M. Serendra was the first Condo Development in BGC. Good investment.

Are there any upscale districts in Manila itself? BGC is in Taguig, Eastwood City is in Quezon City, The CBD is in Makati, the Ortigas Center is in Pasig and the future New Clark City is in Tarlac. What about Manila? What has the capital city to offer?
The city of Manila does not have an "Up-and-coming ideal neighborhoods." This city is old and synonymous to grimy, unwashed, filth, foul, garbage, and pollution. The current Mayor is trying his very best to make this city great again as it was back before WW2.

The old buildings there can give a new signature to Manila. A

There is an ongoing unofficial redevelopment in chinatown area and including parts of tondo, yes the slum area. As of today feb 14,2020, there are at least 20 hi rise projects under construction ranging from 40-70 storeys. And mayor isko is vigorously trying to attract investments into the escolta area. In fact land prices in chinatown far exceeds prices in BGC. It now cost P500,000 per sq meter in chinatown as compared to around 350k in bgc
My mom was 59 yrs old and she live in taguig before then pinakita ko sakanya tong Video and she amazed dahil mapuno padaw dyan dati and now nagulat nalang siya then she cry kasi daw she really miss Philippines na hehehe,
Try nyo magpasyal sa Alabang Fil-invest. Ang galing din ng developer dito. Yun mga old existing building. Nirestore lang nila. Di ginigiba at niretain nila ang mga malalaking puno at mga halaman. Kahit papano balanced with nature pa rin, so far!
2004 there was nothing there save for 1 ot 2 bldgs. The rest are trees, hills and grassland.

Hi DADA KOO..When my wife and I visited the Philippines🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭 together in 2010, we had cocktails in one restaurant and a wonderful dinner in another restaurant at SERENDRA. It was a lovely evening for both of us.
That year there were already many tall buildings in BGC. Seeing how many more skyscrapers have sprung up since then, my wife and I are pretty awestruck watching your BGC vlog! The changes in such a relatively short time period in BGC is insane!!! We are getting so many ideas on where to go, where to dine and what to do for our planned family vacation✈️🌺🏖🏄🏻♂️ in the Philippines next year pretty much every time we watch your vlogs. Thank you!

Oo nga maganda. Kaso hindi inisip yung magiging traffic flow. Hindi inayos sa urban planning kaya ayun masikip at ma traffic. Feeling New York sa name ng streets pero ang layo in terms of organization. 10 years na ako nag tatrabaho dito kaya alam ko sinasabi ko.

BGC is no other city in the Philippines. The place is filled with plants, trees and all sorts of greeneries. It has parks and a trail right next to the golf course. This city was master-planned just like some cities in the US.

Makati kasi ang naunang CBD. 1940 pa yata yun kaya yung mga buildings e sobramg luma na. Pero maganda pa din kung may architecture appreaciation ka. Yung BGC nito lang yang 20's eh. 2003 wala pa halos nakatayo dito.
Beautiful BGC. We've been there many times and walked around, went to Market Market, Shangrila. A friend has a condo at Serendra.

May bagong dinidevelop din po ang Ayala Land na new BGC nearby, Arca South which is formerly FTI Complex and Vertis North sa QC beside ng Trinoma. Try nyo din po sa Mckinley Hill which is nandun ung Venice Grand Canal Mall and bagong nididevelop Mckinley West which is Megaworld naman.

Yes Bonifacio Global City is a high end area. Real state is so expensive now. I have a unit at Serendra bought it in 2015 for 5.4 M. Now it's 30M up. Not affordable anymore.

50 years now and since then maybe I've visit the pinas with my family for only 4 or 5 times and the last one was 2009. I was born in Malabon City an d I saw your vlog from Malabon but the only thing I missed from that vlog is you did not drive around the 4 streets: Leonio St., Manapat St.,Adante St. and Rivera St., from Barangay Tanyong. Sana balikan mo ang Malabon at iligid mo kami sa looban ng apay na daang binanggit ko. Maraming salamat at sana'y patuloy mo kaming ilakbay sa ating maganda at gumaganda pang mga bayan sa Pinas. Meron actually nakatagong tunnel diyan sa may market market na ginagamit dati sa giyera, yung fort bonifacio war tunnel. Alam ko tumatagos yun sa makati (brgy. pembo) pero sarado na ata. Try mo rin maglakad dun sa greenway park, medyo tago yun kaya di napapansin masyado pero ganda don wala masyadong tao.

My building was the very first built at BGC .... 2008 was the turnover, there was a park behind that hosted concerts & venues...I love my place since Aura & Market2 are 2 blocks away and lots of restos around....this is my home sweet home every 6 months when I visit the Philippines..... i just hope they stop constructing buildings by now.... traffic is horrible
