“Encore” is a special live album, recorded during TNT’s headlining set at Frontiers Rock Festival in Milan on April 30, 2017. This release is the last live footage of the unique combination of the American singer Tony Harnell with the band’s mastermind, guitarist Ronni LeTekro.
The band were in fine form and delivered a great set full of classic songs lifted from timeless albums like “Knights Of The New Thunder”, “Intuition”, “Tell No Tales”, and “My Religion”.
A fitting testament to a great band and one of the last performances of the band with Harnell on vocals, “Encore” is a release that cannot be missed by fans of the band.

My hero... Just such a wonderful singer... He will be 62 in 2022. How can a rock singer be better? Ask a lot of great singers who their influence and/or vocal hero is, they'll say "Tony Harnell". And remember that he suffered from thyroid cancer!!

This is TNT like... TNT (y) Ronni's magical guitar playing + Tony's vocal are just one of the most beautiful combination music ever had, even at Tony's aging voice (which is STILL very good!).

One of my fav Band ever.
Just sophisticated hard rock. SO non-American sounding. Heavy balls n chunk with an almost jazz fusion vocal overlay. NO one sounds like TNT. Amazing.

These guys have been around since 1982. Listen to the album Knights of the new thunder from 1984 and you'll be blown away with Tony's vocals.
10,000 Lovers and Northern Lights are my favorite to show Tony's skill.

New guy? This is thee guy "Tony Harnell" is the voice of TNT ! And the original singer of TNT. Tony Mills didn't come into the band till 13 albums after Harnell in TNT.
@@216Numbskull uhm... pretty sure he was talking about the NEW singer (which is not Mills, but Mills was the new guy after Harnell of course) and saying that nobody beats Tony Harnell. (I forget the new singer's name...) A guy with a last name of Hestås is 99% likely to be Norwegian, I think he knows the order of things. :P
So... you got a fitting name lol. Just to point it out, singers in chronological order, Ingebrigtsen (which was the original singer), Harnell (which lasted the longest and is considered part of the classic lineup), followed by Mills and THEN the new guy that I don't remember the name of. I know you know this, you just completely misunderstood what Kristian ment.
Since it's Harnell singing in the video it would make no sense that he was referring to Mills above.
@@Qyngali You're right I jumped the gun and misunderstood the comment. I wasn't trying to throw shade I probably just tipped a few to many that night, my bad . And yes Dag was the original singer in forming TNT from the start factually. However to Norway only, and not even all of Scandinavia much less the USA or the rest of the world. So, again although knowing this later I stand corrected by not giving him credit where credit is do in naming him first and mean no disrespect to Dag. Yet still myself and many others consider TNT's debut with Tony Harnell and their 2nd album release of "Knights of the New Thunder" to be the beginning of TNT as we knew the band. Presently and newest singer that followed Tony Mills, is Baol Bulsara BTW. Yes, Numbskull was in effect that night, Blahahaha!!! Tony Harnell it´s THE ONLY ONE SINGER for T.N.T. Tony Mills was an incredible replacement but the albums they did with him sucked terribly.
