    I had adult acne until I was in my 40s. Continue doing what you're doing to deal with it and know that it will get better. You are beautiful no matter what!

    I was in Portugal a couple of weeks ago and there is nothing like going to a free and grabbing a piece of fruit off of it and eating it. Loved it. Wish I could have stayed longer. Great to see what you two are doing. I wish I could do the same. Cheers!

    Bear in mind that the healthiest fruit can be causing your acne if you are allergic to it!

    Use toothpaste over the acne not gel in the night before sleeping apply the toothpaste and in the morning wash of only with mild face wash. Have probiotic foods home made yoghurt, less sugary foods.

    Ahhh!! Spring in Portugal is so amazing! It's so nice to see you enjoying the lovely oranges from your trees 🟠🟠🟠 I'm sure your acne will disappear before the summer is over! FullyRawKristina here on TH-cam healed her body with juicing and salads. And you will too!

    Great video! The good thing of a hard prune is that the apples wont be high up. Have you tried a big glass of fresh celery juice on an empty stomach to start the day? Wait 15 min before you eat or drink other things. It might really help your acne 🙏🏼❤ looking forward to more videos Ciao

      I haven't tried it yet. Mostly I drink my coffee and then make a multiple fruit and veggie juice after. Next time i'll try your tip, thank you! 🙏 ❤️

    That’s a lot of pruning! BTW RE your skin, I haven’t had as severe acne as you, but I have had it and known plenty of young people with it. When you’ve struggled for so long it’s best to consult a dermatologist. You shouldn’t need to suffer any longer. You are beautiful, you know?

    Hi - I have just found your channel and love it. Acne! have you tried witch hazel? It is an astringent and anti-inflammatory. Just put a little on a face pad and use :) - hope it helps.

    Try to remember that most of the stuff we see on the internet is artificial. Even those supposedly clear-skinned people are usually hiding things under makeup. I hope you can get some sun on your skin (safely) and if you can get into the salt water that would be a great help too. Good to see the progress with the trees and the wonderful orange harvest!

      I'll try to pay a visit to the ocean soon. I'm enjoying the sun and putting SPF 50 on my face daily 💪

      @Reet64 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@TheOrangeHomestead I have very serious skin issues. The sun is the best thing for them but too much is not good. I might suggest five minutes of sun exposure before putting on the sunscreen to actually get those rays on your skin unfiltered. It’s the uvb rays that are helpful but they are blocked by the sunscreen. Then apply and wear a hat. Also, could ingredients in the sunscreen be aggravating the acne?

    • @TheOrangeHomestead
      @TheOrangeHomestead  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for the advice! All my skincare products are non-comedogenic so they shouldn't be clogging up my pores. I'm trying out some new skincare with salicylic acid, which is supposedly helpful for acne prone skin.

    Me causa mucho nerviosismo verlas caminar entre la hierba pues si yo hiciera eso en mi propiedad seguramente me enfrentaría al menos con un par de víboras de cascabel. Saludos desde Monterrey, en el norte de México.

    • @miguelrecio7464
      @miguelrecio7464 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Tranquila, em Portugal não há cobra cascavel, apenas pequenas cobras do mato inofensivas (não venenosas para humanos). Em menos quantidade, nas zonas áridas e rochosas, no nordeste, centro este e Alentejo, existem algumas espécies de cobras pequenas (víboras). A fauna em Portugal não tem predadores para os humanos. Algumas colónias de lobos (em proteção oficial), javalis selvagens e nada mais!
      Saludos de Lisboa
