Is it possible that Bill Butler's book is also available as "Dictionary of the Tarot"? Because that's the one I have and it looks just the same on the inside. "Spiritual Tarot" was my entry book to tarot and I'm glad to see it gets some love here! Wonderful list, I have most of them and now I want to read them again! (Shah-voo-ott is how you pronounce the holiday Shavuot, the Jewish holiday more or less parallel to Pentecost.)
