- My mate lend me his georgous Ducati Monster 696+ and I had a rip on it. The road is my favourite place to ride near Vienna, I think you can clearly see that.
It's a great bike to behold, so many nice details and the double Termignonis do their thing very well =D Pure bliss for your ears!
Sound from the termignoni cans is without a DB Killer!

I have watched this a ton. In the winter when I cannot ride my 696 (leovince), this is the only movie that you can really hear the extremely soul soothing pops and bangs. I like how it is not too much but just a bit more than a rumble...... Can't wait until march or so.

what did you record the sound with ? i mean my raw sound from gopro is always too noisy (wind)
yeah, i always record with an external sound device, i use a zoom h1!
Nice driving man! Love my 696, even more after I installed Quick Shift. Makes the bike feel quite modern! =)
You can always do clutchless shifting. No quick shifter needed.
@@Brian-cj8qm Haha, true. But rather safe than gear salad. :)
@@ylleskog It can't damage your gears, because you do exactly the same what a quickshifter does. Because you close the throtle the pressure will get off the gears and you can shift.
@@Brian-cj8qm I don’t really see the point of that kind of shifting though. The sweet thing about a QS; WOT through the gears when accelerating and shifting in any rpm. You can use the rev limiter however, without a QS to make race like clutch less shifting. But I’ve heard it’s risky ..
@@ylleskog The point of that kind of shifting is exactly the same as schifting with a QS. The only difference is that a QS takes off the injection electrical but it's the same as manually letting the throttle go.

Hey, was meinst du persönlich zum Fahrverhalten?
Ich bin grade dabei meinen A2 zu machen und bin arg am überlegen ob ich mir die mit Drossel zulegen soll.
Taugt sie für Einsteiger?
ja denke schon. das motorrad selbst gehört einem fahranfänger, der hat aber ohne drossel angefangen und er hat gar keine probleme =)

well, the monster is surely less powerful but still quite torquey, very fun to ride, maybe the gears could be shorter like on my dorso for more punch =)

Hello, what were the LoCut and Input Level used on the ZOOM H1 for this video ?
Locut i don't use but input lvl i think was around 40 for this since i rode without db killers.
....without a DB Killer! also wurde die Klappe in der Abgasanlage ausgebaut?
Die Anlage hat glaube ich gar keine Klappe...

Warst du das We dort? Habe am Samstag bei der Dopplerhütte eine Monster mit Termignoni-Auspuff Anlage gesehen. Obwohl die viel leiser war...

Very nice bike and great sound. I just don't know why so many bikers are riding so fast and actually dangerous, especially for the innocent people on for example bicycles...

you'll love it.. put a set of termis on it, and a ecu, raise the bars an inch maybe and it should be a superb ride
Carbon termis are already on it ;)
