One of the best things about a Kamado is it's ability to make perfect pizzas and breads! Great job Chris!

Looks awesome!! I love me some outdoor pizza! I don't have that grill dome, but I have cooked my pizza on the campfire... Hard to beat that smoky flavor!!!

That Kamado looks like it gets super hot... love that. We always need to do a plain cheese too.

The Grill Dome solved a problem I was having. My old pizza stone broke in half in it. That stone was just too thin, and I kept burning the crusts in the Weber. My new one can and does stand up to the heat and I'll be cranking out a few pizza very soon! Leftover Turkey pizza sounds great, by the way!

Looks mad. From the looks of it did you just have the stone sitting on top of a second grill sitting on top of the first? I.e. no heat diffuser?

OMG! You just changed my life..... I've always had so much mess getting my pizza from surface to wheel.... Just roll it up and unroll it. Genius. BTW, any tips on getting the char edges on the crust? That's what I am trying to get on mine.

Good looking Pizzas.. One side note, the pizza dough is flat? Did the dough raise enough. Great job..

The wife wanted a thin crust almost flat bread like. That's why it was like that.

I don't have one of those fancy dome grills, I'll stick with my Weber.
