Drew, could you do a video on how to plan lines for your videos? Some of the stuff you're doing is super technical and I just can't believe you're doing it all on the spot by accident. Maybe just go over what your thought process is before filming a sequence. This might be a cool RotorRiot video idea too. Get a few pilots thoughts on this. I here you have some pull over there. :)

I think most of it is actual freestyle on the spot. That's what makes him such a good pilot. I'm sure he knows of gaps and spaces to fly like the tight window gap into the garage... He knows it's there and just uses it when he can. It's called flow because your just going with the flow, you're in the flowstate. He could rehearse lines but they would never look as good

Risk: 4 - Concrete, with a bonus point for elevated chance of signal loss. Difficulty: 5 - tight gaps, intricate lines, no fear. Location: 3 - office spaces should get a 2, I think, with a bonus for iconic status or complexity. This gets the latter. Use of space: 5 - you practically wrote your name all over it. Production: 5 - Drew is the gold standard. Love the grade, the long cuts (1 minute plus for each!), the style for title and interim cards. Music was integrated very well. Total: 22/25 = 88 = B+, held back only by the location. :)
Yeah, this is a more realistic grading. You have to leave room for higher scores when a video isn't at the pinnacle of achievement. So yeah, the flying is about as good as it gets - you can prefer a different style, but pretty much every difficult maneuver is in there. And it looks gorgeous. So yeah, it's an awesome video in a good spot with incredible flying. Not too shabby :-).

I watch Steele for his machine precision, and insane reaction times, and feel nothing but admiration for his skill, but I come to Le Drib to feel pleasure in his flow. I feel better, after watching him fly, not drained.
Doug Wagner my thoughts exactly, I have been on my learning to fly journey watching both these pilots equally for the sheer skill and entertainment they both have in there own amazing styles. Le drib underground video just beautiful flow, mr steel video hard day at the office beautiful controll in close proximity and scouting out the fed ex van executed brilliantly and takes allot of skill alone, they are both almost movie like, imagine what they could edit up together. Steel, le drib get fling together and come up with something even more epic.
Besides the immaculate flying, I love how you went through three stages in this video. First, the flying with musical accompaniment, then the music ends and we get to hear your your props and motors for a while, and finally, after what sounds like a crash, we're left with just the sound of you continuing to fly. Well done.
This video is for me your greatest one until now. You have the ability to make looking very easy things that are really hard! Please, men (and women) follow this gentle guy.

Wow, some close calls in there which made me jerk to the edge of my seat like when I first started playing Nintendo!! How do you know the building is empty and you wont crash into somebody walking to their car?
It would be very interesting so see your DVR from a location like this. I get static as soon as I go around a few trees. Do you have a mch better setup than me, or are you just really really good at flying through static?

Yha so planned , just like a good skate line.

I think production could be slightly improved with 60fps output for that added smoothing of the video on quick transitions.
