Sir i have a question
Sir in case of propranolol administered via mouth undergoes intensive first pass metabolism but in case of alcohol it oxidised 98% in liver (written in kdt). As alcohol is also taken via mouth and it goes in to hepatic portal system at that time it is not metabolisd in liver why???
