2)- miners pledge their stake(deposit) coins to create a block to make a transaction. Better security more power efficient but controlled by high net worth miners

Sir my understanding, in bonus the cash gets converted to equity and distributed. Split is just plain division of face val. so bonus is called as bonus/reward and split is not. But both cases equity gets diluted and hence stock can get over crowded. Usually stock falls few days after this process and I think better not to buy when stock goes up after announcement rather wait for few days after split or bonus is given. Please appreciate my knowledge if I am correct 😊

Mr B. There is a tax difference when it comes to a stock split and a stock for us. I think the bonus shares have a have a purchase value of zero and therefore when you sell them you have to pay tax on the entire amount therefore it actually discourages like selling of sharesWest of split is just dividing the Share into different pieces for the tax liability is the same whether you sell share of value 10 or face one. If I am wrong then please correct me in your next video. Also, please do two nurses of Raymond.

Thank you sharing insights sir, always great. Do you think ETFs investment are future in India? From last 2 years I am loving ETFs. Active MFs are disappointing investors. Like USA ETF (AUM) reached $6.7 trillion in US, with 15% CAGR, same is bound to happen in India due to low risk-high reward & ease of investing . No point of taking high risk on active MF for little alpha. Look at ETF performance. I started SIP for Rs 50,000 in NIFTY IT ETF exactly on Dec 13 2022, and today I got 25% return on IT ETF. I think ETF is future. I am earning a lot form CPSE, Bharat 22, Auto, FMCG, IT, and PSU banks ETFs from last 2 years. What a low risk, high reward and smooth investing with very low expense ratio. Amazing!
