So my wife and i just sold in Ontario and we bought in Sackville NB. I transferred down with my employer, so no worries there. Currently we are in Sackville so we could view our home once more before we move in on November 14. We love this little town and how close it is too Moncton. Also Amherst NS is just 10min away with all the stores you need as well. I was born and raised here in NB and just coming home. Love it. Scott & Jen
Hey Blessed to come across your channel I and my wife is planning on moving to Moncton My Mrs wants to study practical nursing at Oulton college. Nice to hear all the things you said
I currently live in Moncton, have been for the past 15 years. I love living here but to say that housing is affordable in todays world is just plain incorrect. Housing and the cost of rent has skyrocket in the past 3 years. Taxes are high, and power is high, and the use to be slow paste of life has come and gone with the growing population growth. But the people are friendly as friendly can get, and you have everything you want as far as being close to the ocean, entertainment, restaurants, and shopping. So in pointing out my opinion of the Place, I will continue to live right here in the great City of Moncton New Brunswick.
We will be moving the whole family to the outskirts of Moncton in 10 years, when we retire. The reason we will choose that area is proximity to the Harley Davidson dealer for our son-in-law, motorcycle mechanic, cost of land and ability to get enough land to have some fun dirt, biking, and such. Assuming our house in Ontario is worth $1,000,000.10 years from now and something that’s $200,000 right now outside of Moncton would be $400,000 by then, we then will be able to come out mortgage free, buying our property for cash and hopefully having change left over to buy a couple of quads. That’s what’s important to us.
That's a great long term goal! Fun fact: I (Marc) worked at the local HD shop for 17 years before becoming a REALTOR®. We were also a Honda and KTM dealer so I'm well acquainted with all the toys. :)
I'll be moving with 02 family to Moncton first quarter 2025. I find the city appealing than most other in the Atlantic region and coupled with insights from your videos...i feel like I know it all already.
Hi there . I've been following Ur channele for awile now and I appreciate Ur content. I'm planning to move to Moncton. How's the electronics and computer repair or tech industry in Moncton ? Is it growing, is it challenging to find a job in tech? and do U think Moncton is a better choice than fredericton, st. john or halifax, NS to move to? I'm looking for cultural diversity, friendly people, growing tech industry, good education system and affordable rent or buying a house.
@deniseandmarc_realtors I used it once when I have my vehicle in the shop. That day I was having trouble getting a cab to come so I tried it out. It's just like using Uber. I had no issues and the driver was so much nicer than a cab driver.

There are definitely some studios of all kinds around Greater Moncton. Not aware of any competitions or tournaments.
