They did good idk if they used finishing nails from an air gun but screws would crack the wood slightly even with predrill they did an awsome job ill build my new box for my 15s in the next 4 days will weigh about 120 alone with no subs

I learned From building sub enclosures for 25 yrs ..experience will get u far . new ideas . I have new ideas all the time just no time to try them ..maybe u need a box and I could try one out for ya ...lol something new and fresh ...... Thanks

Yeah the cuts are a 1/16 from cutting through .. about 1/4 apart and yes its 3/4 wood .this is my method I been using past 6 yrs.. check out My Solo X build it shows the cuts up very close ... Good luck post some pix of the build ... Thanks for the comps @sire1110
