I wish AJ got himself together. I wish the writers would have had AJ get sober, own up to his part in the warehouse fire and got a damn good lawyer. Sonny says AJ has no honor yet he forgets he owned a strip club and took advantage of Karen as a teenager. No one ever brings that up.
Sonny should’ve at the least punched Aj. I mean, men fight all the time. It’s who they are. And I get it, Sonny doesn’t want Aj’s blood on his hands, but showing Aj how worthless and stupid he is won’t hurt either.

Exactly. He put his hands on her in anger, and she had every right to defend herself. Her part of the incident was accidental. No, A.J. didn't "throw" Carly down the stairs, but his actions were responsible, regardless of his intent.
