I am not a Muslim but a Christian and I have always respected the call to prayer from the local mosque, when we’re in balabac on vacation and I love listening to the morning call to prayer, there’s just something so peaceful and beautiful in listening to this.

Most of people living in Balabac, Palawan is MUSLIM by faith, religion is ISLAM yes. But you can see their Muslim Names, but most of them are not practicing the Islamic Teachings like wearing HIJAB (Veil) for women, praying 5x a day in a Mosque, and more. 💔 Poor Knowledge about their religion. 💔 I’m a Muslim, and here in my province Lanao, especially in Marawi City all of women here are Covering his head and wearing long dress everyday because it is part of being a Muslim women, a being a modesty & respectable.
