Does all citrogens have tickling noise from engine when idle?

most do yes, keep an ear out in car parks and what not and you'll soon start to pick up on common noises, much like the wheeze you hear from the 1.6 VTI petrols that are in DS3, 207, 307 etc and MINIs of the 2007-2013 era
