So great to see a fellow Aussie doing this kind of content. Having said that maybe have a look at Ali Abdul or Andrei Jikh or even Mark Tilbury's backgrounds and it'll add a little more sass to your fantastic channel.

Congrats on getting an award 🤩 that's amazing! omgosh that 'i need my monster' book wait what is that lol!!!!!!!!! when I was little i used to be so frightened of what was under my bed at night that i started shoving all my toys and stuff underneath, by the time i was teen you couldn't get anything else under there it was so packed with junk, but wow i felt so much safer 😂

Thanks for sharing your knowledge and passion. As a designer, I've been into low content publishing and found how affordable the entry point is to publish.
Realizing this low cost of publishing books on KDP, I thought about bringing an idea from my past to life with writing children books while simultaneously creating children low content books.

I also want to try my hand in writing and selling kid's books on KDP. But I was wondering, if you don't have a laptop but only a Tablet, can you still create kids book content?
Hello! Thank you! If you have some good apps you could probably do it on a tablet. I used Canva, Powerpoint and Photoshop so if you can use those or something similar and then be able to export as a PDF there should be no issue.
Does anyone know what system was used to create the monster book? Im trying to create a children's book and the monster books style and binding is what I'm looking for. 😊

Hi love your videos. I posted a similar question in one other video of your, but this is slightly different I am planning to upload a paper book/ebook for children to kdp. Don’t want to use my name. I don’t have any brand name or pen name decided and nothing trademarked. I am confused what should I use on the copyright page and what should I use for author name on book cover. I heart Amazon let’s you use 3 pen names. But still confused how to make pen names and add where and how to use .Shall I just come up with any random name and start using? It’s confusing
Hello! Thank you! On the copyright page you just put whatever pen name or publishing brand name you have decided to use. Amazon allows you to use as name pen names as you want. When you are uploading your book there is a section to enter the author name or publisher name and that's where you put your chosen pen name. Hope that helps.
So this may be a silly questions, but after you have published, who takes care of the printing/shipping? Does Amazon do all that for you? Or do you have to print multiple books and keep an inventory and then mail out once a purchase comes through?
Yes, I think Amazon takes care of that.

Thank you! Nurias course is worth it if you want to create children's books. Low content is very different though and personally I think it's harder to sell children's books than low content books so if the price is holding you back, focus on low content - definitely give it more than a few months. A lot of us don't start making a decent amount of money until a year or more from starting.

Why aren't there more books that inspire laughter in children as opposed to scaring children with monsters?

Me: as a kid in the same age that I'm writing for I like short books so I guess I'll do short books
Also me: *read a whole 288 page book where almost every page was full of words (still with illustrations on every page*
The problem is that many kids don't like these books. I wrote children picture books that are educational and entertaining, and Amazon is hiding them. My grandson and many of his friends are loving it. Go figure.
