All of my polygels are DIY! You have to let them sit for a week or so to let the air bubbles work themselves out. That's what causes the cloudiness. The warmer the room the better. :) Oh, and I color with gel polish!

I apply in *super thin* layers to make sure it cures all the way through too. I hand file and use a drill to get mine off. I have always taken my gels or polygel off by filing. Never soak off. Hope that helps. Ohhh! I also premix mine and let it set for a few days to really mix together well and get the air bubbles out too. 😊👍😉❤️

If I run out of cover beige/pink for an extended smile line I’ll mix gel polish with clear or white powder and it works every time!

I’m just wondering how the cleaning of those cute dishes went, when I do anything poly gel related (started because of your videos!) there are countless sticky spots on brush, polishes, lamp. Everything. I would have to drench everything in alcohol or nail polish remover

I'm working on doing my own tips and nail art with normal polish but pretty bling (its bling time!!) right now, but dayum, you make me want to invest in some acrylic powders and gels to try out!! It's really cool that once you have the supplies, you can mix things up (pun absolutely intended) and do cool stuff like this!! Evie, you are so inspiring, and as someone who is chronically teaching myself new hobbies to pick up and put down, it is awesome to see someone prove you can get good by teaching yourself and practicing! You should try getting some cheap kit from idk aliexpress. That is where I started and I still use it cause you can find a really good products! Like dip powder, there are so many colors and its so much easier in my opinion. And the best you don't need a lamp! I really recommended an e file tho, they can be really useful while trying to get rid of the bulk (not sure how to spell that haha) of the nail! Good luck girl!

I did this 2yrs ago and had to use monomer as my slip so that the acrylic wld cure and cure it n my led lamp so the gel wld cure...strongest nails I ever sculpted and they stayed on for forever!! Love you and love your videos!! My 1yr old daughter dances to the intro/outro! Soon as she can sing it im sure she will sing and dance her heart out to LHPN!!
