Were these the ones you got from Olde Glory Fireworks in SD? When i stopped in there the lady said she was waiting for you to do a video on these i believe !
Wish my country of England would allow us to buy canister shells. But those types of fireworks are classed as category F4 here, so only pyrotechnictions can have them. Also, bottle rockets are banned because they have an "eractic flight path" so it could fly into somebodys shed ect, thats why they banned them and firecrackers are banned because too many people was acting like right plonkers with them, putting them in peoples letter boxes, post boxes, and blowing there fingers off. Its shame, though, because of the small minority of people being disrespectful towards those fireworks, they ruined it for us that are respectful with them.

those willows are INSANE! the hang time on them rivals Japanese willows! and the Japanese Nishikis are FAMOUS for their hang time
