Great video thanks you have helped me with mine. It's ripped teeth out of the spur gear and I haven't even put a full tank of fuel through it . The wheels haven't touched the ground
Alfie Bailey same happened to me on the 2nd tank of breaking stripped spur gear and damaged clutch bell I though they looked weird when they where turning looked lose to me and not in line seems to be a common problem
Steph RC same thing here. Bought the same spur gear but I can’t figure out what spacer he is talking bout and how he attached it to the slipper clutch plate?
+Steve Moon Yeah the Yeti XL is crap. I really like the Savage X and the nitro side for Rc too its a lot different, for me its just funner to just rip around but the power is different as well so its ganna take a little while to get the hang of nitro.
+KillerOffRoadHobbyz Hear that. Axial stuff is cool but for me, it just doesn't make the Bash cut... I run the Savage Flux (& with a few upgrades) it's the dogs bollocks! Living in built up area, anything fuel propelled is just off limits to me right now, but based on past experiences, Nitro ownership offers a sensory experience like nothing else.

Is a new pinion bell needed to use this metal spur gear.
Or will the stock pinion work good
do u have two little grip plates that u put on before the gear?
Wats the number on the metal spur gear cause I want to get a metal 1
Silly question just bought one of these spurs for my savage x 4.6 do you have to stick a slipper pad to the back of the spur gear
Assume u sold the Yeti XL then?

+Steve Moon Very true and once you get the hang of starting it up its quite a blast.
When you change it out too high number does make it faster
