    重要的事情要講三次:我自己試過呢啲方法都係不停睇youtube或者網上google的,並不是專業意見!所以希望大家會明白, what works for me may not work for you! 修身,食得健康 的確有好多唔同嘅approach,而每個人嘅進度 生活習慣都一定會有唔同,所以希望只是分享我自己的經歷 而唔係要大家跟住我咁做呀!❤️
