@@蔡大明-s3w The SAG-AFTRA VA strike is what happened. I forgot the name but basically there's VA company that wants to use their VAs voices to train AI but to no one's surprise the VAs were against it. Lately though the VAs have been returning, but the problem is a lot of the voice lines in-game get recorded in advance so basically they just haven't done it yet.

The English dumb was silent because of the strikes They weren't humming at all, although it was said in the notice page that any missing voices will be added back in later updates
