- This non-meta helldivers 2 build actually can carry on most missions. It's good for beating bug breaches, getting a high kill count on helldivers 2, it works solo or in a group, and is overall just a super fun build. In this guided run I'll show you how to win solo on Helldiver difficulty using it.

As someone who dies everytime a mortar is on the team, I can confirm.
@Bobcatlazerwitch the trick is to stick next to the person who deploys it so that you can keep next to the mortar.
Ah but the electric morter followed by regular morter. That does it so much better.
well not for me everytime i die from turrets its the autocannon killing me 😮

Dude auto cannon and a mini gun turret paired with your preferred support weapon and a rail cannon is the best turret build in my opinion
I use something like this except with Autocannon for the Eradicate missions and it really just kills everything. If four players bring turrets you all can just set up atop a vantage point... You don't even have to fight bots you can just run around hugging each other. Also shield relay is slept on when using turrets against bot.

only if you remember to destroy your own turret. otherwise your trolling a little bit....
Gatling sentry is fantastic for covering back trail when you have a swarm chasing. Throw it wide to the side and keep trucking. It'll kill and pull aggro so you don't have to engage them, but other than add clearing, It's not all that useful solo on that level, In My Opinion.
Honestly...Just about everything in this game feels viable, if you know how to use it. Sure, some things are better than others on paper, but put certain things in the right hands and they can be huge difference makers.

Any team deaths that result from placement are not due to the strat.
Also do not run towards the mysterious beams of red light that keep appearing all over the battlefield, no good will come of it ;-)
yes, you can use turrets to reagro
and
you should be switching between weaps more frequently, for example like you tried to kill broodmother or those guardians with just a sickle
but the all the rest is really good :)

Tried playing with other people, it did not work.
Tried playing with turrets and mortars - I don't need people.
Both will kill you accidentally or not, but at least turrets are not acting like they are snobs.

what main gun is that?
Are you using AIMbot or why is brace fire more precise on PC. On PS5 the circle is always bouncing outside the reticle and almost impossible to use

replace quazar with autocannon its gonna help you out alot!! you would be able to deal with the armored enemies way better
turrets needs to be set in a retreat location you dont throw them medium range combat area i useually throw them way off the area so i can use them as cover fire incase in need to retreat
wish the plasma shotgun would get a larger mag!
I camt belive the mortors lived for so long... As soon as i use them they get destroyed.
Set them early behind cover. They have a 125-meter range. Make an enemy or target and you will see their range. In most cases you will be 90 meters away when you notice a patrol or nest.
Drop the mortar way back, then approach enemies.
