Hello Viktor, you the man! You made that look easy!! I just moved my 2 RTCs & 2 Hybrids into a 300 gallon pool. They are with a pair of RTMs. They are loving the large swimming area. The hybrids are just the opposite of yours but they still very young! Thanks for this video and I’m loving that Cephalosilurus!
Glad to hear of some news. You already know but be careful cohabiting aggressive cichlids with gluttonous catfish. It may be ok for a while but it then can go either way... Just a heads up, Cephalosilurus genus was all rolled into the Lophiosilurus, so the current taxonomy is Lophiosilurus apurensis. It will take a long time, if ever, for the internet to catch up / change all names.
Absolutely wouldn’t have the cichlids in with the jelly. They will be going to OFR soon so it would just be the catfish in the pool

Thank you. Yes, one of the champions of skittishness when young. Subsides into adulthood but still very much present.

Maybe for the time being, could it be a viable solution to set up a divider in the 100k liter for bullies, so there can be peace without making anyone too crammed.
At least until the new glass panel can be aquired

Thank you. The 25K is rubber lined so cannot take spiny toothy fish. The hybrids have nasty sharp lancets in three fins. Water temp in the 25K is not a problem.

I recently saw the channel Kamp Kenan get a pond system for crocodiles, which features a concrete layer pond liner from the Team Aquascape people
Im unsure, if it is possible to retrofit that stuff, but it might be a more affordable option compared to the plexi glas panel
Then again, the tank doesnt look too crammed everything considered
On paper, the 25K may be retrofitted with concrete. In reality, IDK how well it'd hold up on vertical walls. It works best on slopes, where gravity is your friend, not enemy.
@@Fish-Story its a liner that already has a thin concrete layer attached to it, that then hardens in the water as far as I understood it

When you have large fish and such a small tank they don’t have room to establish their own area and they will attack other fish you need to get them into a bigger tank
Thank you. Yes, this tank's too small. All 3 fish came from two 4500 gal tanks because of incompatibility. But this is a forced temporary situation, we will be getting bigger tanks soon. It is not true that they will necessarily attack each other. Fish differ. Please, come and adopt them. They are up for adoption into the right size tanks/ponds and experienced hands.
