I got this paper after watching one of your vids and OH MY WOW! It is so crazy how the RIGHT paper can make you change your mind about a pencil! I thought that I hated 2 of my budget sets and almost got rid of them, but after using them on this paper I LOVE THEM!! This is why I am obsessed with this channel..The information you share is seriously golden!
You are all so sweet. I am so happy everyone loves my channel and videos. I am glad you found my Facebook group and are a part of my coloring community over there too!
I recently purchased the Crayolas Color of the World colored pencils and I was so inspired and impressed your tutorial on the chubby cherubs fairy. I love your videos. Thankyou for sharing your knowledge and expertise.🙂
First of all, thank you for this tutorial because it is helping me greatly. Could you please teach us how to color different skin types/different races with these colored pencils? I'm a total beginner and have no clue what each different group (rose, almond, golden) are for. Just a suggestion for what I would personally love to see. Thanks.
Another really useful video, thank you Pamela. Even though I can't get the whole range of crayola coloured pencils in the UK for some reason, the principals you teach apply to all colours and brands. I particularly liked the effect that outlining the eye in black had in emphasising the feature,so subtle yet effective. The advice on the make up was useful too, being something I've never had to do myself,it doesn't go with the beard, hehe!
I am so excited about your videos. I always learn something! You make it easy to follow your instructions. I have Faber Castell, Derwent, and Staedtler. However my Prismacolor pencils are my go to choice. I hope that you do another video of tips and tricks. I like that you compare products and give us that information. I had never heard of adult coloring books until I lost my beloved husband of 55 years. After, a friend gave me a book. It has helped me in ways that I know that your followers will understand. I enjoy coloring, however I would like to improve. That is how I discovered your channel. I have always shied away from skin because I never knew how and what colors to use. I would love to try the Crayola skin tone pencils. Please continue to present the little hints. They make all the difference. Thank you for your hard work. I know that you must spend a lot of time behind the videos. I have not commented before because I am rather new to your channel.
Love it! I ordered my 120 set of Crayola pencils and already have the skin tone ones. Those greens are fantastic! Thanks for sharing how well Crayola pencils work!!
So happy to see Crayola pencils getting more of the attention they deserve with this new set! Crayola colored pencils are really a joy to color with (imo) but are often overlooked as being just for kids, they aren’t. ❤️ Edit: I actually really enjoy that it’s super easy to get a light even color with Crayola, and they work really well as base layers under my Prismas/Holbein.
I saw the new Crayola colors yesterday in Walmart and looked at them but I'm broke. I just bought Prisma's and Arteza's and another plus storage bags and other supplies. My Prisma's came today so I'm kicking back watching your new vid and color swatching. I'm happy and content !! Baby girl is looking adorable. Nice job.
In chibi drawings, the eyes are so important because of the innocence shown there. Like Disney and precious moments eyes, they draw you into the character. Once you finished them, it really makes the face come to life! Have you done other eye colors? I'm working on a lion with a yellowish brown eye and I'm bombing big time. However I'm a novice, so not a big surprise. Also have you done faces without makeup or male faces? The eyes are still important as are the lips, but making them look natural and not flat is tricky. I've sold makeup and skin care a couple times. I know how makeup is so important to make the eyes and lip pop!
OMG you started so cool, I just got the new Crayola Colors of the world yesterday at Walmart on sale was suppose to be $4.00 but they came up $3.27. Cool, now I can start working on a pic Ive been holding off on.
This is so awesome. Have you made any videos coloring the eyes and hair brown or black? Is the technique the same? I would like to learn how to do shiny black hair. I am learning so much from you.
Curious. Do you always leave the center of the eye- usually black- how the artist drew it?? ⚫️ I know, I would probably try to darken it a bit and reduce the highlight and never be happy with it, lol. I have what I call mood eyes. They are blue, but happy they look purple, angry they look steely. My daughter has the green version of my mood eyes. It seems to add to our expressiveness.
I'm a newbie and your videos and gold! SOOO many fantastic ideas I just ordered the 120 pack Crayola's and a coloring book. Are there colors in the pack I ordered that will be comparable to these ones you're using?
Welcome to my channel! I am so glad you found me. The 120 set has a few colors in it that you can use for skin, but this Colors of the World set is all new colors.
They do. I just did a video not too long ago where I colored with them in Maria Trolle's Nightfall...a couple video's actually. They work beautifully in coloring books. th-cam.com/video/Qokuw9MaPJE/w-d-xo.html
same here Ive done it maybe 5 times by accident & then when I'm done I surprise myself & say Holy Cow I did it, but I can't do it all the time. Most the time it looks nothing liek I had in my mind

Hi😢 Pamelia I have a question for you is there a difference between Stickles glue and stickles gel. What do you use on coloured flowers. Thank you
Gorgeous.
Thank you! 😊
HOLY smoke those eyes!!! Man I can NEVER get my Crayola's to look that bold, more practicing for me.
Thank you so much.

Pamela do you have pretty flower color combinations from the 100 CT. Crayolas?
Awesome 👌 🆒️
Will these pencils work as well in the actual book?
I’ve been using my Crayola pencils in Kerry Rosanes books. I prefer using a smooth paper with them over Bristol.

My fave part is her eyes. I love crayola too.
Oh I just love love love her green eyes! Thank you.
I can't find these pencils on Amazon.
You can check it on the official Crayola website

Show us when your done! 🥰🥰
Thank you for this!
My pleasure!
Sigh, my biggest problem is taking what I see in my mind's eye and transferring it to the paper. Oh well just keep trying right? LOL💎💖

What about those that never wear makeup should you still make your picture wear makeup with blush to make it look better.
