  • In this video, I do the crowd favourite…pork belly burnt ends!!
    Here I do them 2 ways:
    One set with a sweet flavour profile using Sucklebusters Honey BBQ Rub,
    And the other I go a more Texas, savoury bbq direction with my Chick’N Rib Rub and homemade bbq sauce.

    do you have to leave those two rerods in the smoker?

      Yes it’s apart of the venting, if you wanna cook hotter you can remove them, but for the most part you want them in.

      After I cover them (after 2 hours more or less. I pull them at around 190 on the pit barrel, then in the covered pan for at least a half an hour with brown sugar, butter, whatever. . Like your video. I'm subscribing to check out your future stuff.
