What?! No way. ALRS ability can NEVER miss... It has 100% chance to hit the target, it will ALWAYS hit. You can even kill snipers with this ability, not just tanks! However, it can surely fail to penetrate some tanks such as Jumbo, Pershing or Churchill, but so far I have never seen this ability completely missing the target. So, in ur case.. your Tiger must have scored a hit but maybe bounced off without penetrating, but "missed" is just highly impossible.
I don't think so. I saw the round hit the ground in front of the tank( Firefly). It was an older patch ( i think 4.8-4.9) and i used it only once because it costs 100 munitions and when something called "Accurate...", misses, you get really disappointed... I will definitely try it out now, i just reinstalled my CoH and now downloading Bk.

Currently, you can find this ability on 3 tanks; Tiger1 at vet.2 for 50 ammo, and King Tiger at vet.3 for the same cost.. in addition to the JagdPanther at vet.3 again but for 100 ammo. So, currently only the JagdPanther has it for 100 ammo.. that's because it's not a normal shot, but will also always penetrate the target no matter what and with boosted damage too! Definitely worth to try it out ;)

All game graphic settings are set to "High" or "On" except the texture quality being "Ultra" and of course the *Model Detail* bar is set to a maximum value.

The spawn you had has two fuel points, while the other team has 1. Then there is a fuel point in the middle. Your side can hold three out of four fuel points alot easier. I felt bad for the americans aha
The map has 4 fuel points total, 2 of which are at the center.. and 1 nearby our base, while the 4th is located nearby their base on the other hand... So ya, whoever captures the 2 fuel points in the middle of the map; is usually the winner!
