My advice: Ask that regional manager to file an affidavit sworning that he will take the responsibility to replace your bike if any futher problem is faced/ proved after his test by experts.
He should file this affidavit at a managerial capacity etiher authorised by a particular delaership ( owner / partner of the dealership should authorise him to execute him such document ) or royal enfield board of directors by a special general meeting authorise him to file the affidavit to execute such affidavit on behalf of the company

Bhai...they will never agree for replacement. Reason is not they agree with you or they don't know that there is a problem with your bike. No senior managent officer will be courageos enough to tske that decision.They will only agree for replacement only when they got court order, because then they can play victim to their bosses, saying that customer went to court has got court order and they have to comply. Hence, they cannot be blamed.
Also, Agreeing for replacement spoils brand value and invite more such cases like you.

Sharam ani chahiye RE ko ki wo apne bikes ke chassis bhi thik se align nahi kar pa rahe stability ke liye.. Super meteor toh abhi thik se launch bhi nahi hui hai, aur uska ye haal hai! 🤦😡

I have just own a super meteor 650 on last month. But it’s very hard to tell that my petrol tank pump was not working now. Today i have just shown it to service centre and they told they will order it and it will take 10-15 days for replacement with new pump on warranty basis. But in just 1.5 month it has stopped working. Even every time i fill the tank full. After this type of issues in between 2 month i have lost my believed on Royal Enfield motors. In 1st service also my gasket has not changed in nearest service center.

Bike mein se itni awaz aati h break ki aawaz chain ki aawaz tappet ki aawaz aur abhi app yakeen nhi manoge kuch din se ek aur nhi aawaz aa rahi h. Engien light show hone lagti h aur apne aap chali bhi jati h. Bhai mai kya karu ab? Aap se ek baar mil sakte h?

I bought a enfield 350 30 years ago. Bought a thunderbird 5 years ago. If going for enfield you need a an outside good trustworthy mechanic . For both bikes had design and mechanical problems which I had to correct in the first month outside. Only did 1 service at service center. now with electronics it is difficult for outsiders to correct electronic faults.
