    Now i realize that my decision to buy honda highness in 2020 during its launch time after cancelling RE bullet , was a wise decision. Now after 2.6 years covering 30,000kms , the engine quality is awesome and feels much refined with nil issues on its engine part.

      Honda is the A1 in quality. But I dont like the looks compared to price as its almost cost of meteor. I have used Honda other bikes ..but they r awesome even though expensive. No one can beat Honda quality in India. Not even yamaha.

      I have Honda Highness and the service centre is worse it took them one month to fix my bike after a small accident. India mein aa k sab khrab ho jaate hai coz we don't protest strong enough against such problems

    Royal Enfield doesn't seem to have a Quality Control department... They seem to have outsourced it to customers.... Sorry bro... It is indeed painful... I like HERO for this.. Even though there is a skill deficit with some of the dealerships... They do not hesitate to replace parts and keep the customer satisfied.

      Iam hero owner from last December 2022, i agree with you 👍 gentleman, hero changed my brake caliper free of cost not even labour charges, firstly i changed my dealer it went good with 2nd dealer

      I would say please diagnose your bike for your chassis, Many RE bikes new ones have bend chassis which cause this type of issue. They are not accepting it because they have to change your bike and for this they are not Ready. Show your bike to the local mechanic or i would prefer to refer you to the NCR Motorcycle. they are in delhi only

    Sad to see this happening again! I faced such ignorance with my thunderbird years ago. No doubt they make some awesome machines but some issues that comes with bikes even the technical team isn’t aware of and that’s a nightmare. This led me to service my bike with local mechanics 😅

      Totally agree. I bought classic 350 in 2017 and from day one there was rattling noise from engine. I complaint about to seevice center many times and they couldn't reslove the issue till date.

    Even I faced such problems when I bought i20 Active Model of Hyundai in 2017. But I couldn't fight in the manner you fought. So, hats off to you.

    Very well explained. I had the same issue. I bought classic 500 in 2013, bike started going right side while riding I faced lot of shoulder and wrist pain bcoz of that I showed it to showroom but they couldnt diagnose it. After years of trying to service centers I showed it to my local mechanic Hussain he said " bike ke tyre ka pichewala chimta bend hai" when he actually removed the bend was very much visible I replaced with new one and problem solved. But I had to face the one side wear of tyre which I changed immediately and sprocket damage.
    RE don't accept and diagnose their manufacturing defects. And.local mechanics are far more efficient in solving such issues.

    I was about to book Scram 411....then one friend father asked how long are u going to use it.He strictly told me not to go for RE its scam bike...He suggested me Honda CB350...till no issues at all...Best bike till now.

    Some RE service centers really need attention from the company, I faced service center related issues earlier,. but some are very good, you need to search them even if they are far away from your residence. For me it looked like cone set issue.

    Definitely, CHASIS is bent and NOT aligned. It is a manufacturing defect. Go to consumer court and get either NEW CHASIS or vehicle replaced or get refund.

    The obvious reason for which the handlebar tilt issue generally arises is due to faulty bearing either in rim hub or frame to T connector.

    Mera ThunderBird350x ke saath bhi bohot problem hua tha. Poora list banaya tha woh bhi newly purchased TBx pe post bhi kiya social media pe fir reply aaya RE se. Service centre me 4-5months servicing karne ke baad bhi problem solve nahi hota. fir 1saal baad mene local Royal Enfield service centre me dena start kiya waha servicing acha karke mila aur mera bill bhi kam banta.

    Agree, as an INT660 owner RE ne aansu nikaal diye, 6 battery change hui, 7 baar bike tow hui, 22 baar service centre gayi magar mahaan log ye na samjh paye ki RR unit faulty tha. Jis din meri bike ki warranty expire hui, us din main TH-cam pe ek video dekha jisme bande ne bola ki ye RR unit ka issue hai. Main service cetre le gaya, na diagnostic karwayi, na koyi aur kaam. Maine bola turant RR ynit change kardo. Jo mechanic kaam kar raha tha isko pata tha ki ye issue hai, magar Service centre wale bechare ekdum naive they, nanhe. Change karaya RR unit uske baad kabhi problem dobara nahin aayi, aaj lagbhag 2 saal se bina kisi issue ke bike chala raha hoon. But bura lagta hai jab aap itni costly bike lo aur apko talle pe talla mile

    I would say, royalenfield provides one of the best machines but when it comes to customer experiences and service centers, they stand at the bottom, i still Remember they charged me 16k for service and didn't even clean switches(horn, indicators, lights) i had to get them cleaned through local mechanic, so they did the chain, so dry that you can light a matchstick. RE service center do not care because they hire careless people carelessly

    I had a bad experience same like this with Himalayan ultimately I sold for cheap & opted for KTM , never go with royal Enfield thirdclass bikes & thirdclass service

    Bhai same thing faced by me in Nov21 I bought classic reborn from same showroom United Automobiles Wazir they denied me to take the test ride before registration I told them I will provide you total payment of the bike after that I need a small test ride for my satisfaction before registration he said okay and the payment as per we have decided for the test ride he denied it that it against of our norms and you can take the bike once registration is done it’s totally new bike bla bla….. Even my friends were there they also told me to go ahead and give them the otp for registration but my mind got stuck and I got rigid I told them okay cancel out my delivery I am not going to buy the bike without test ride so he got pissed and went back to the management and then he came again and said okay you can take a small test ride so I took the bike for a spin and on the first go I realised that something is wrong with the handle bar coz I have already taken 3-4 test ride of reborn classic from multiple dealership after realising that something is wrong with the bike and took a very small spin like for 300-400 meters and no one can say there is a problem with the bike in that much spin so I came back and ask the person that the handle bar is not upto the mark he replied and said that it’s a face lift and because of the fuel gage you are having problem of adaptability after a while you’ll be use to it so I agree that maybe he is right it’s a newly launched bike so I took the delivery went back and was using the bike happily until one of known appeared and he is the one who inspired me to buy the bike and told me that your handle bar is different and that was the day I realised that I was right at that time now keeping it to short I can relate your story same as mine when they got no clue of the bike problem they use to say we didn’t get the training and all it’s you only you are the problem 😂🙏🏻 why you have bought our bike why you are spending your hard earned money on us did we ask you no 😂😂so jokes apart if you have read this much then here is a valuable advise for you from my side if you want to buy anything whether it’s a bike, car, scooter, or mobile…etc then just wait for the second lot manufactured by the manufacturer so if there are problems so that they can rectify them and update in from the second lot manufactured so thank you guys for reading if you are here..
    And one more thing helpful thing to the owner of this bike try to look out for the best dealership there and get a wheel alignment it work for my bike after changing at least 5 service service I got the one I was looking for…moral of the story is you have bought the bike you are going to adjust with the bike else you can sell it but believe the moment you realised that’s it there is is no solution for it you are going to chill with RE so brother I can feel the pain of spending that much money and still result’s zero so you need courage to believe that it’s going to be okay just get use to it.

    Bhai I bought a Standard 350 from Anjuli automobiles, Delhi. Delivery ke din bike me maine kuch problems Delhi to sales person ne bola ki Maine apko bike 1 mahine ke andar de di hai koi nhi dega aur Mai waise bhi bahut excited tha bike ko dekhke. Sara khel wahi se start hua ;) Uske exhaust me rust tha Jo ab zyada ho Gaya hai. Anjuli ka service center ab use apne expense pe replace nhi kar sakta but insurance ke andar usey change karwane ko ready they, maine mana kar diya because usko fir todte aur new problem khadi ho jaati. Maine RE ko emails aur call kiye and they assured me that the problem will be fixed, and they opened a case. After two days I got an email that the case has been closed and problem is fixed XD Service center ke head ne kuch Patti padhai hogi RE waalo ko. Ye story thodi lambi hai mai apko details kabhi call pe bataunga.
    But yes you are right bike ki pre delivery inspection bahut zaruri hai because ye salesperson gawaar log hai, they don't know shit about the bike and please don't trust RE service center mechanics for anything.

    I am a Royal Enfield Himalayan owner. I know about their free services…… this brand think they hold the best position in India…. There 4 free services are very pathetic not free also paid services…. Service centre scam with every customers…. My bike also a right side pooling issue but they don’t care about the problem…. #royalenfield 👎 #kolkata

    I brought the meteor 350 and regretting for it. I should have go for Bullet 350 or yezdi roadster. Royal Enfield service is pathetic every where, until bike is fine its okay.. you can see the reality when there's any major issue.

    Bhai RE me hamesha koi koi na problem rahta hi hai maine 1994 model bhi chalai hai Electra bhi chalai hai aur Chrome500 bhi chalai hai mere ghar me tha. Aaj 3 saal se fzs25 Yamaha chala raha hoon aur bahut satisfied hoon.

    I am facing a different problem with reborn, it's get off in traffic and difficult to restart .RE services are v poor not qualified technicians are there .Now also having the same problem even after free service.

    bhai, i can feel your pain and anguish in your voice , I got TB 500 in 2015 almost paid 2 lakhs for it, there is not a day that goes by without regret,where i ask myself why i ever got this bike. my has done half its age, my only suggestion to you is too get rid of your bike ASAP. otherwise your resentment level will only go up. Believe me Royal Enfield only make bikes that looks good but they don't have an iota of reliability in them. its my sincere advice don't get attach to bike, sell it off , recover money while you can. After warranty ,local mechanics will rip you off. i dont want you to go through what i am going thru. Sell it bhai.

    Will the bick stops or shows missing when going out in rain
    I have old Re classic 350 which has the problem in heavy rain and when giving gor water service. I am riding 350x thunder bird it too stops in heavy rain I started hating RE
    I think Honda is better.

    If u have issues like this. Take another riders opinion on your bike and file a case in consumer court for having being sold a defective bike. Get it replaced. Laato Ke bhoot baton se nahi mante

    All Royal Enfield models with faulty aligned chasis, that's why from classic to thunderbird to meteor interceptor supermeteor all have same issue. Vehicle gets pulled towards right side

    RE service centres are the worse.
    I have a classic 500, till date its gear 2-3 shifting is stuck and problematic.
    No service centre has been able to fix it. Am used to it by now.
    I am now finding local mechanics are better at RE wirk than service centers and cheaper too. Thankfully.

    RE n Tata r just launching back to back new bikes or facelift but their quality is jugaad. It’s definitely not worth lakhs of hard earned money

    Watched the full video. I agree to almost all the points made here. My friend has a GT Continental with the same issue but unfortunately he does not even want to admit that the bike is faulty. Such is the cult that RE has made. Further, RE dealers are mostly arrogant. The customer service is slammed. There is no respect for a general customers especially when he or she is new to the brand. Despite of all this, the cult continues to grow because Indian market does not have better options.

    You should file a case in consumer court if you faced the problems from the beginning. Use all the proofs you have and things would turn in your favour (maybe even a replacement).

    I know RE from 1969. I kept Enfield till 1984 . Than my son bought it again in 2001 n kept it till 2009.
    Now the problem with RE from last 60 years is their bikes need constant touch ups after every 500 km from a mechanic who knows RE not who is working there agencies n doing basic stuff like engine oil change n all.
    If u have that mechanic who is taking care of ur bike like I told u after every 500 km than RE is a delight otherwise chain set , rear braking pads, tapet adjustment, overheating winters lol, crank life ,chain set life all these problems will hit your pocket hard .
    Believe me it's still same with RE . Find some good outside agency mechanic if you keep RE. Agency staff knows nothing of this bike . This is my 60 years experience with RE n I have rode whole India on it I literally mean that .

    Great points but you were very repetitive and the video could have been at least 30% shorter. But you were outspoken with names and service centers and brought out the true problems which is very very good. Have a broad script in the next video and stick to your correct stand. God bless you

    Check wheel balancing, if not- Chassis, swing arm or alloys one or more of them are warped. All the best trying to convince RE about the issue - they'll never listen. Keep emailing Mr. Lal, he's a nice person and will respond, only then there can be a solution.

      Bhai outside mechanic se ekbaar T bend check karwa lena. 500Rs mein sahi ho jayega ye problem. Btw Dimaag chaat liya yaar 26 mint mein😂😂

    same issue with my SM650, Pulling one side, just rode the bike for 600 KM & facing the issue. pls dont waste 4.7 Lakh for such brand.
