This was beautifully written. I creeped on comments when Nikki asked about who he was and dont really have anything to add. You hit the nail on the head with this one for sure. Big Bang was my introduction to K-pop about ten years ago. Instantly loved GDragon and the boys. They will forever be number one for me.
Nicely written! I have just one small comment to make: when Bigbang debuted YGE was a minor, small and very poor, company. This seems to be news to newer kpop fans that YGE wasn't huge back in 2006 when BB started their career. YGE is one of the big4 now because of BB's success (like with BTS and BigHit).

Lisa and Taeyang have been close since Lisa came to YG. Young Lisa has been in one of Taeyang muisc vid when she was like 16/17. He a great dance as well. That's how they bond came about. He was there when she audition to be in blackpink. No she didn't choreograph this muisc video. They have a great mentor relationship. Lisa is that girl. She is the "IT" girl. She have it all. She one of the best dance in K-pop. She just turn heads in whatever she do.😍😍

Taeyang is a member of the legendary group Big Bang also a senior to Lisa as they are from the same label YG Entertainment. He is also a soloist under the The Black Label which is kind of a "sub-label" of YG and he's also married and has a kid kind of cool. BB made YG (yes they are self produced and became the top) and YG made BP (who without Teddy who produces all their music wouldn't be where they at). Just because the kings of kpop went to the military for like 5/6 years doesn't mean they aren't still the most respected and loved kpop group in South Korea.
Also do not talk about sales, Bigbang is on another league, they did melon roof hits and paks and other achievements not other kpop group after them achieved.

I really like that Lisa hasn’t worn braids since people told her about cultural appropriation…she dead was like oh no and never did it again. Like the braid here is totally different in that other video she did..I really really really appreciate her listening to people. Respecting other cultures is something that I love.

Lisa surprised me every day. Everything that she did so cool. The dancer told that Lisa was practice the moves alone and just looking at her dance, was amazing.
