Unfortunately this was one of the many cuts we had just like the kiss in the reconciliation scene in that same episode when Sam goes to apologize to Mon at her house, the love scene from episode 11 that director Kru-A later posted on his instagram. On there, they discussed how so many of the scenes we see in the episodes were shot out of sequence and they themselves didn't know what to expect each episode. [As a storytelling/film production affectionado, I would love an interview of the production /editing teams deep dives into shot selection, what gets cut and WHY etc] Freen & Becky also shared that early in GAP series filming they weren't "on the same page" and had to talk it out often. During the pilot, they were acting, but exploring as Freen & Becky were getting to know one another. I and I'm sure many others NEED MORE BECKFREEN rabbit holes with their earlier lives.
