    This is actually recording the device at 60fps or was it 30fps?
    I'm confused becasue theres 2 variant of the device
    1 was 30hz (probably meant for the output or maybe its the maximum fps)
    and the other was 60hz (maybe 60) is it actually 60fps or 30?
    was the output on OBS when you change the settings on the capture card itself is it 1080p 60fps or 1080p 30fps?

      @@Colesygaming ordered the 60fps variant just like yours, and I'm really excited about it! I had a thought that it might be beneficial if you could showcase the 1080p 60fps resolution in OBS. This way, viewers can see the resolution it's capable of and also confirm if it's running smoothly at 60fps. I recently purchased 2 USB Capture Cards, and although they were advertised as showing 1080p 60fps, they didn't quite hit that mark it was only 1080p 30fps and 720p 60 and both we're advertised as "60fps" card at 1080p.. Just wanted to share this suggestion for to give your viewers a better understanding of the setup. Looking forward to your thoughts on this! also subbed for how great the review was :DD

  • @jakobankerhansen
    @jakobankerhansen หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    Am I missing some understanding here ? It can capture 4K@30Hz HDMI, and outputs 1080P@60Hz USB-C... So 4K is reduced to 1080P...
    This seems like a lot of loss of resulution...
    Can this card not output the same signal 4K@30Hz to USB-C ?

    • @Colesygaming
      @Colesygaming  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      So yes it can take a 4k input but it outputs at 1080p. So if for example you were using a ps5 at 4k, the recording would be at 1080p rather than the 4k you'd get on the TV. It is less resolution, no doubt about that but for the price this is it's impressive. For a full 4k capture card to record in 4k you'd easily be paying probably 8-10x the price
