I've the HP Racing Midlayer insulated and I wear it from late spring to autumn. It's practical, comfortable, has 4 useful pockets, lightweight lifaloft insulation & looks great. Good value for how much use it gets.
Forget the HH gear! How about a shout out for Cochran’s. How about a vlog series on mom and pop areas like Cochran’s and others all over the US as a next project?? Grass roots racing...you’d be the guy for it!
I think the HH dinghy smock top is the way to go for most Laser sailing conditions and combined with the HH dinghy wet suit. I have the Skagen too and its great for keelboat sailing in nasty weather or on land during heavy rain.

However, the summary of this one is: "expensive, free stuff is great". hahaha I have HH least expensive dinghy smock, works well for me. sailing season coming to an end for me here on LI, looking forward to more flying and masters ski racing (went to Dodge boots last year, one day, awesome, then everything shut down).

Helly hansen is the best jacket I've owned. I've owned tnf, patagonia, and Columbia but hh is the winner

I found HH tech not that breathable, but, I love my crew jacket anyway. It's hella waterproof
