  • Hi Friends! In this video I talk all about my experience working with a functional/holistic doctor to solve my hormonal imbalances, cystic acne, cortisol, period pains, fibroid issues, and a few other things! I also go into my treatment plant which included supplements and diet changes and how much this all cost.

Great video and a lot of information, thank you for being so open about everything!!
    Some things to think about:
First let me say I 100% support functional doctors and the naturopath route. Over several decades I have noticed there tends to be a trend in what almost everyone seems to be told they have - candida, virus, leaky guts etc. I take is all with a bit of salt but have found more practice applications for my health than more standard MDs that just want to give something to treat the symptom not the cause. As you try different supplements and lifestyle choices, keep the ones that work and give up the ones that don’t. Over time you will find what works for you, it will get better!
Also, random but matcha powder is a good source of energy for early in the day and can even help to balance energy levels, not talking about the latte style matcha- just pick what you enjoy
