Nice video, I am a city planner and realtor and I purchased in coolidge a year ago because I understand development and how cities buildout. These houses wipl appreciate greatly in a few years.
@@ladybuginc.4189 hey so they can range between $2500-$5000. Here is a good way to put it tho builders paired with their preferred lenders are giving buyers incentives to essentially cover that cost. For instance my client received 9k from Century Communities plus another 3k from the lender so it not only bought her rate down but cover most of her closing cost. Now she can use the money she would have spent on appliance and the water softener.
Depending on the community and the area, builders try to maximize the community lots. However most builders has different collections within the community that has smaller lots, medium lots, to larger lots.
I'm a City Planner and realtor. That has been the trend for the last couple of decades in the west and that is due to required setbacks in the zoning ordinance in each city has reduced.
@@chesstime356 Yes - No problem at all, I would love to make some content in Surprise! Actually, just curious, are you looking into purchasing in the Surprise area?
Wow really nice! Subscribed. I am FL and wanting to move to AZ. I wonder what the rentals are like there. Would be nice to rent first and then buy a home.
Hey it all depends on the area you are looking for. But there are so many great areas with affordable homes. If you can get qualified I would always choose owning over renting.
