- Dawahon Islet / Dawahon Island is an hour boat ride from the town of Bato, Leyte. It's one of the most densely-populated villages in the region with around 4,000 people living in the 5-hectare islet. It's famous for its crystal-clear, turquoise waters ideal for swimming and snorkeling.

* Boat Service (to/from Bato, Leyte Port and Payag sa Dagat) - Php4,000 (can accommodate 20 pax, seated comfortably)

I have no idea that this place exist … I’m a pure Leyteno someday I’ll visit this amazing place once this pandemic is over and I can travel international safely for I love seafood.. thanks for sharing.

Hoping real size of seafoods. Even the kids who were with us asked, mommy, what happened to the fish. Because the fishes showed to us were big. But when it was served to us were baby fishes. Be honest guys in your business so tourists will trust you. No wonder when Koreans have business like ours they always be the one providing those big boats with food.

I am from Iloilo and this is my first time to see this Brgy in the middle of the sea. This is very interesting. The bgry. itself can be a tourist spot. Ang ganda ng tubig nakapalibot. People are warm as well.
