Why is it that pretty much every other poor decision that ends in somebody being injured is allowed a lawsuit? Judges are obviously making dangerous decisions! Why should they not be held accountable for the injuries of innocent life that they are committing

What he got 10 for should have been a life sentence, but most times in his case the victim probably a street dude dope boy who did not want to cooperate with the prosecutor,victim must be willing to point him out at a trial and most street dudes don't go that far thus allowing for the plea,but had the 1st victim taken the stand when he got the 10 in 2006 he would have definitely still been in,dude robbed me and got caught and they drove him to me to id him they had a light in his face so he couldn't see me and I said no open the door I want him to hear this 😂I said I will be pressing charges and I will be at every court date and I will point you out at trial,and I did and his priors got him 40 years with 32 years mandatory in the department of correction,Florida.

Florida is not like states such as California, Illinois, or New York where criminals seem to have more rights than law abiding citizens and are released without bond, or minimalistic bond amounts.
We are Florida. His history should speak volumes as a known offender. Let him stay in jail without bond. I understand that even criminals deserve representation in the court of law....something I hold near and dear about being an American citizen, but if there is evidence proving that pre-trial something this heinous was committed, then bail should not be given. Allow it to go to court before a judge or jury, and whatever the outcome whether I agree or disagree, I will go along with.

I cannot emphasize how correct the man is who spoke about avoiding these incidents at all costs. I drove commercially (cab, limo, minibus) in a major U.S. tourist destination for years. Driving any vehicle can easily trigger ideas of confrontation or retaliation, but the best idea is to keep your cool and de-escalate immediately. Today, with people seemingly on emotional hair-triggers, I would only double the emphasis.
