    Ajajaj "kick down" at the cold coolant and oil,
    the engine doesn't like it.
    I recommend you to use all rpm only after reaching 90 degrees (although you have to remember that when the coolant is 90 degrees, the oil is only around 50 degrees, aalthough it's still better than a barely raised indicator of water).If the indicator is below 90 degrees, it is better not to exceed 4k rpm, and if the engine is barely started, max 3k rpm, then if the oil is changed on time (max 15,000), the engine will live peacefully up to 300,000 and more. (yes i am pedantic ;D)

    i want to buy the same car but im scared cause of the dsg problems...did you had any problems with this car? Because i hear a lot of people complain about the mechatronic..any suggestions about a dsg car? by the was your video was so cool!!!

      Hello Marios!
      If the DSG is properly maintained and serviced every 60.000 km or 5 years, you will not heave problems with it.
      I have 195.000 km so far and no problems with the DSG or the engine. I also recommend changing the engine oil at 15.000 km max or 1 year, don't trust the long life oils that can go 30.000 km or 2 years.

      Just buy a manual one, that’s what I did. I asked multiple mechanics and they told me to stay away from the dsg since they’re having problems and they’re expensive if they break.

      Yes, a manual transmission will always be more reliable than automatic / DSG, you made a good choice!
      But also, if you service properly a DSG transmission, you should be ok for the first 250/300K/km.

    Salut, super video si eu ma uit sa cumpar un golf 6 dar sunt foarte indecis cu motorizarile, in principal naveta dar si de masina buna, naveta ar fi undeva la 70 km (dus intors), 60 km autostrada, 10 oras in aglomeratie, imi place sunetul la benzina mai mult decat diesel (am un audi diesel si ma cam deranjeaza putin, desi este un motor foarte bine intretinut). As prefera manuala, dar intrebarea e ce motorizare ai alege? 1.4 122 cai/ 1.4 160 cai benzina sau 2.0 tdi 140 hp? ( daca ar fi sa cumpar orice model pe benzina primul lucru as schimba distributia, am auzit ca la ele are probleme). Crezi ca ar fi ,, chinuit'' motorul de 1.4 sau galagios, pe autostrada la viteza constanta de 140-150 ? Tu ce ai alege in aceasta situatie?

      Te salut!
      Dintre toate variantele de 1.4, cel mai "safe" de achizitionat este varianta de 122cp, este cel mai fiabil dintre toate versiunile de putere, nefiind un motor foarte fortat.
      Am condus Golf 6 cu motorul de 122cp si cutie manuala si s-a comportat foarte ok, nu simti ca este "puturoasa". La o viteza constanta de 140/150 vei avea un consum aprox. de 7/7.5%, motorul nu ar fi chinuit, si cu siguranta va fi mai silentios ca un diesel.
      Legat de distributie, daca esti sigur de km. masinii sau daca a fost inlocuita deja, nu este cazul sa o schimbi (mai ales daca dimineata la rece porneste ok si nu se aude zgomotul metalic specific), asta daca masina o iei dintr-o sursa sigura, si ai eventual si o garantie, daca nu, pt. linistea ta si a "portofelului" :) schimba distributia cand cumperi masina.
      Pt. 60/70 km de naveta, poti merge linistit pe 1.4, la diesel ai scuti cam 1-1.5L la suta de km, dar i-ai da pe alta parte (revizii mai scumpe, mai multe probleme ca la un benzinar, etc).

    Salut,
    Ai reușit să faci revizia la DSG (schimbat ulei) ? Din ce știu modelele sub 1.8 au DSG (dry clutch) care cică ar fi (seald for life) și nu recomanda schimbarea uleiului.
    Te întreb pentru că recent am achiziționat un Audi A3 1.4 ( DSG 7 speed dry clutch). Când i-am făcut revizia mi s-a zis că la cutie nu e necesar schimbul de ulei ...

      Ai dreptate, la 1.4 tsi DSG am vrut sa fac revizia acum o luna, am fost la un magazin de piese, am cumparat ulei, filtru, baietii de acolo au comandat dupa talon, cica 😂🤦🏻, si cand am ajuns la service pe mecanic l-a apucat rasul cand a urcat-o pe elevator, ca la modelul asta nu se schimba uleiul. 👍🏿😂

    Salut , am si eu o intrebare . In iulie am luat permisul , iar datorita tie , mi-am luat un golf 6 1.4tsi 160cp coupe 2010 . Ti-am vazut clipul asta prin martie si de atunci m-am " indragostit de masina " . Masina mea e manuala , echipare highline . Acum intrebarea :)) Cat iti consuma ? Eu cu un plin de 55l fac undeva la 500km , mers normal ( schimbat in 2000-2500rpm ) , iar daca merg mai sportiv ( schimbat in 3000-3500-4000 etc ... ) nu fac mai mult de 350-400km . Tu ce consum ai la masina la traficul din bucuresti ? Anul urmator urmeaza sa merg la facultate si vreau sa stiu daca se merita sa tin motorizarea asta , 1.4tsi-ul de 160cp sau sa trec pe ceva mai lejer , un 2.0tdi sau ceva de genu` .

      Te salut, si in primul rand, felicitari pt. achizitie!
      Consumul in Bucuresti variaza in functie de aglomeratie, si de "cat de greu ai piciorul"
      O medie la un mers normal, ar fi intre 9,5-10.5% (pe DSG, pe manual posibil sa scoti mai putin)
      Dar, daca ai "talpa grea", iti place sa o alergi, si mai stai si in aglomeratie, o sa bati la 13/14% la modul foarte realist.
      Nu te lua dupa ce scriu multi pe forumuri ca 1.4 al lor consuma 7 in Bucuresti, ca nu o sa vezi asa ceva.
      Si cu 2.0 diesel o sa te invarti la un 9% pe oras, si 11/12% alergata... diferenta nu este atat de mare incat sa necesite schimbarea masinii.

      Hello!
      I have changed both low beam bulbs because one of them was dead, and i bought Osram D1S Cool Blue Intense Xenon Lights for about 60 USD each, but the warning from the dashboard still remains... i have to get to a obd2 scan to erase it...

      @@SaWAutoUnBoxing That could also indicate an evap fault, usually fixed by replacing N80 valve (at least thats what fixed it for me - nothing to do with lights).

      After i erased the error with the OBD2 Scanner, it never came back...

    Salut, peste câteva luni fac 18 ani și m ar bate gândul sa mi cumpăr un golf 6 1.4 tsi 160 cp, am consultat multe forumuri și muti spun ca e plin de probleme, alți spun ca e ok, ai întâmpinat ceva probleme? Am la ce sa ma aștept?

      Masina acum are 200.000 km reali, o am de 2 ani, si nu am schimbat decat un bec xenon...
      Conteaza foarte mult cum a fost servisata masina... Revizia la DSG la fiecare 60k km, uleiul schimbat la maxim 15k km sau 1 an.
      Intr-adevar motorul de 1.4 tsi este mai problematic cu distributia care dupa 200k km ar trebui schimbata, chiar daca este pe lant, dar cel mai bine mergi cu masina la o verificare amanuntita intr-un service de incredere sau reperezentanta inainte sa o cumperi.
      Bafta!

      Legat de distribuite am văzut ca e destul de problematică, asta n ar fi o problema, o schimb și gata.
      Dar am mai văzut comentarii legate de compresor și turbina d aia am zis sa te întreb

      Cu turbina nu am avut probleme pana in 200k km... nici macar nu suiera... deci cred ca nici urmatorii 50/100.000km nu voi avea de umblat la ea.
      Cauta una cu km reali, sub 200.000, si intretinuta, si musai verificata in service.

      Normal city drive it takes about 10L/100Km, but if you drive in sport mode in city traffic it may take13/14L/100Km.
