Invader spawns, if you explore uppermost path of this room. Climb up ladder on 1:01 and go further, till you see 2nd wooden chest. He'll invade, when you try to open it.
Why doesn’t he ever roll out of a wake up? Does he not know you can do that or his he avoiding it on purpose to blame the game? And what’s with hugging walls with off collision and taking ages to heal??

You get it from the giants in the Brume Tower as a rare drop (dlc- Crown of the Iron king)
