    Great video brother… just one correction.
    11:22 Geostrophic winds are infact stronger near the equator than at the poles because speed on geostrophic winds is inversely proportional the sin of latitude.

    but at 2:43 we are on the southern hemisphere, so the winds should blow in the opposite direction, as is also indicated by the fronts shown on the map

    Friction causes winds to flow cross isobaric by 15° over sea..and not 10°.

    Amazing explanation sir, I had 1 doubt, acc to IC Joshi cyclostrophic wind has 3 forces which are PGF,Coriolis force and centripetal force. But you have mentioned centrifugal force instead of centripetal force. What should I follow for exam.?

    Once again very helpful,U make chapters like these look so easy 😀👌.Any tips for rtr how to prepare for it I bought rk Bali RTR ..in starting It was very easy I was able to understand the basic stuff very easily but then it got really hard to understand when I reached the book halfway

      So for RTR, i don't think I am the best person to give you advice, because I have not given the Indian RTR exam. My New Zealand's RTR got converted here directly. I have heard its a quite tricky one tho!

    2:41 winds in the southern hemisphere travel in the opposite direction to those in the northern hemisphere. High-pressure systems rotate anti-clockwise and low-pressure systems rotate clockwise in the southern hemisphere.

      Low Pressure - Cylone system (turns anti clockwise)
      in southern hemisphere,
      its the other way around.
