No, Netanyahu and the USA are guilty of genocide in Gaza and West Bank and the attacks in Lebanon. The whole situation has nothing to do with 7th October or HAMAS. Israel had these expansion plans for years, and Israel does not care about the hostages as well and killed some of them. Israel does not want peace negotiations. Israel wants expansion and kill as many Palestinians as possible to occupy more land.
