Her form! Even the adult 400m runners are breathing heavy, bent over, walking it off after their run. Thee babies are upright, calm, walking normally. Bravo to them and their parents and coaches.
Why are 5 year olds running 400m? U15 dont usually run 400m in meets. Very amazed and impressed by all of them all stayed in their lanes and ran it impressively fast!
They run and play all day though. Remember we used to play tag, race, run (uphill) all day long. They're doing what kids should do, run, play. Parents probably got tired of telling them to stop running in the house all day and night. Put that energy to good use and it creates great eating habits, determination, competition, ambitions and sociial skills as well.
Much less, it’s only cruel if they aren’t having fun and being forced. I bragged about being able to outrun people in the 400 as a 5-6 year old of course that smack talk was against cousins who were 3 years older than me but I still talked that smack.
Being a former 400 runner it takes to maintain a constant speed and not burn out to see the kids do it is a great thing and so young I tip my hat to all of them because it would be so easy to get tired and quit but they kept on till the end
I am all for track and field but I can't get over having 5 yr olds running this distance. That a whole lot of Strain on such underdeveloped bodies. Some damn strong kids but I think the meet organizer might want to rethink this

Children simply have more stamina
Straight from Winston. I coach the older kids on this team. She works very hard at every practice

didn't think a five year could run that fast and that long good job
It’s the talent for me😥
these kids would run circles around me any day.
kids running is a common practice in the Caribbean...
What a amazing girl!!
Those kids have a better finish than the adults gasping for breath rolling on the ground go kids go lollzzz
Wow. This is great to see young kids being able to participate! In my country they are not accepted into training athletics til 7 years old
Impressive!!!🙏🔥🔥

How much faster would she go if she opened her mouth to breathe? Incredible form all the way through for someone so young. Athing Mu 2.0?
