As a sister, I really appreciate sheikhs shedding light on these problems! In our communities this is real problem and shows how behaviours of people can cause so much harm in innocent peoples' lives. Subhan'Allah :-(. May Allah swt protect us from transgression and help us to attain good deeds and His forgiveness. Ameen

@@ItsFran. Have to immediately turn it into gender war issues don't you, typical feminist tropes, deal with your issues first and what the talk is about specifically before point fingers at men when there's 3 pointing back at you, brother's are not betraying their families by being ideological feminists and making western government kaafir leaders their wali instead of their husbands or fathers.
Many of you deliberately plan and plot against your husband's and father's and their status that Allaah gave them in Islam and are quick to wreck their homes deliberately and go to family courts and demonise, insult and belittle Islam to impress the kuffar so you can play the 'domestic abuse' card to intentionally abduct Muslim fathers children by slandering them and accusing them of matters that are from our religion and calling them 'controlling, abuse' etc go and sort out your feminist 'sister's first because it is the women destroying their homes like nobody else in the West.
This is a major epidemic with the so called 'sisters' that amongst yourselves need to urgently deal with but no rather you encourage and support those who wreck their homes over lies and believe them blindly without any verification or referring it to the right people to deal with such marital matters with knowledge, no instead you all involve yourselves in her marriage and wreck her home and sit back as if you have not harmed Islam and the Muslim community whilst hiding your feminism behind a hijaab.
Why do we need enemies to harm us when what is happening amongst the women is worse than what the non-Muslims can do to us in deliberately wrecking their marriages and homes for the most foolish social media influenced reasons and allying with the enemies of Islam despite what Allaah has told you about them but you will ally with them against Muslim fathers whilst falsely playing the victim and destroy your own children so you can get some universal credits from the kuffaar and to bring your new 'boyfriends' around the children and become more westernised and un-islamic.
No, go and sort out the your own first, men will deal with the men but the men are not the greatest danger to the Muslim community in the west and that's for damn sure the case, the 'sisters' are quick to ally with the disbelievers at the click of a finger against all aspects of Islam in the West it is undeniably the women who are ripping apart the Muslim community due to various satanic influences they love to follow especially from so called 'sisters advices' and social media...💯

With years I have learned to either give the intruders a blank look, not answer the questions, give a smile or simply say «That's personal or even I'm not that close to you so I don't feel it necessary to have a conversation about it». Yes, Some people want to know it all... Healthy boundaries are essential! Yet, I'ud add that some people genuinely care and are sincere... That's why they may ask... They are the kinds to sincerely wish well for someone and even count you in their du'as. As humans I guess we feel who are genuine and who are not. May Allah bless us all with good people in our life. Ameen. 🤲

Alhamdulilah now my family and I moved and go to relatively small local masjid where the environment was only to worship Allah there’s no time to gossip and there’s a protocol where women leave first and separate exit. Alhamdulilah I’m so happy now it’s peaceful.

Jazakallah Khair, thank you for this reminder and identifying the main culprits - the aunties 😅. I'm a revert. Many new Muslims avoid masajids because of this sort of gossiping, interfering and nosey-parker behaviour from some of the senior aunties. They also shout and abuse their privileges, e.g. insisting younger sisters move away from a front row prayer place because they want to occupy it even though they come after terawih started. Very few young sisters behave like this. The young sisters seem to have a better understanding of the Deen compared to some of the senior aunties who behave like the mafia in the Masjid!

I think this is universal to be honest. Some of my most horrible experiences since being Muslim, has been from the ill mannered older Aunties. They are something else honestly and have a superiority complex about them. May Allah guide us all, and help us not to grow into the old Aunty's that can cause havoc in their masaajid and communities. They're an unspoken about fitnah if we're being honest, and it needs to be addressed.

I sat outside and you can't hear the khutubah of jummah and the aunty next to me was busy talking to me about how I can lend her my dress so that she can take it to her tailor to get a similar style. I tried so hard not to respond but it was impossible. Since that day I never had the zeal to be at any masjid

Someone spread rumors about me in a town I used to live in and those rumors followed me all the way to another town in another state. Someone actually came up to me and said, "I know what you did." I said, "What did I do?" She wouldn't tell me, but I was shunned by several people. The woman who did whatever she did had the same profession as I and that's how they got the idea it was me. I was shocked, because as a revert, I really believed that Muslims were better people. I found out differently and now I keep to myself and have no Muslim friends.

This kind of incidents are very common in Somali community. When a wife is brought to the west by husband, some auntie come to see the sister, and they interrogate the sister and tell her about the money the government gives and she needs to have her own bank card etc, then the sister asks the husband about money etc then conflict starts from there and it leads to divorce. I have never been around such people but this incidents is common in Somali community since many families moved to the west due to different reasons, since its a social society the relatives from family and even clan they come to visit the family which arrived from somalia, so here is where the wife is asked questions and given ideas since she's is new, so if the wife is smart she will dismiss there advice and trust her husband, but if she's not then such problems can happen. I wouldn't get involved in someone's marriage/ask questions about their finance but I'm confused as to why it would be bad for a sister to give financial advice to another sister with good intentions just to help her if it's brought up by that sister in conversation, with the intent to just help her family financially/practically and not to destroy the marriage?
If someone asked me about it, I would tell them some ways to make their financial lives easier depending on the country they're in and laws they have but why would this knowledge destroy a marriage? I'm confused on why a husband wouldn't want his wife to know about any money the government could give to help her and her family (for example child benefit) if the couple doesn't already have it? Why is that an issue? If someone asks me about it sure I will advise but only if they ask me. Obviously, people overstepping and getting involved when no-one asked is not correct or polite but advising each other with good intentions if someone asks isn't bad if it improves financial literacy in the muslim community.
Why would the husband not want the wife to know unless he either just has serious trust issues or is taking advantage of her or financially abusing her? Maybe he should question why he doesn't trust his wife enough to have just a basic discussion about finances when it should be normal?
Sorry but the husband not wanting her to know and divorcing her without any discussion just due to her asking him about it is a bad sign to me in this story. He should not have divorced but could have easily talked and reasoned with her when they both calmed down, and they could have simply discussed it with each other. Conflict resolution should be the first step in a marriage not divorce for a petty reason.
Also keeping the wife ignorant about financial literacy in a family is not wise at all, especially if they have children together. Allah forbid something happens to the husband and the wife has to handle their financial affairs, what would happen to the family if the wife is kept ignorant? It could cause financial problems for the family so it's best for a couple to be open about finances with each other and it is beneficial for both the man and woman to have knowledge in that area for their family. They can decide who is taking care of it, whether it is the husband who deals with it only or whether it's both of them or whether it's just the wife dealing. No matter who is dealing with the finances, there should be honesty and clear communication about it.

Allahu akbar. Many sisters use the hadith 'Do not forbid the women from going to the masjid' as an excuse to use the masjid as a place for all their fitna but look at the difference between that which is only just barely a permission - to the command of Allah to 'Stay in your houses' and the hadith that a woman's prayer in the house is better than outside. Clearly in almost all cases it is better for women to be in our houses

Best to pray behind an Imam, masjid for night prayers in Ramadhan. But if you do pray on your own for some reason, sometimes within Ramadhan, then recite what you know and memorized. But if you have, some scholars have allowed reading from the mushaf whilst in Salah, how do you hold the mushaf , whilst standing in Salah, both hands or on hand? As our hands have to be on our chest, or above navel

@@AbuMoosaa Jazakh'Allah khair, I had to really look around to find an answer from the scholars...
I have found that the great scholars of Islam, Sheikh Uthaymeen, Ibn Baaz and Al Bani (May Allah be pleased with them) have said it's not Sunnah to hold mushaf when standing behind the imam and one should listen.
However, if someone is praying tarawih alone at home and haven't memorized enough, it is permissable.
Sheikh Assim Hakim answered it..he said it's permissible. Sheikh Ibn Baaz said "there is no harm or sin for a believer to read from the mushaf for the night prayer...." Since not all Muslims have memorized long chapters in the Qur'an.
All in all, The Hanbali, Maliki, Shafi'i has said it's permissable in nafl/ night prayers. And Hanafis say it's not permissable.

I heard a similar story yesterday of an immigrant sister from Sudan receiving public assistance (housing, medical and food) who was scammed by another immigrant man who tried to exploit her. The women in her circle gave her very bad advice that put her and her four children in danger. Rather than telling the woman to immediately stop communicating with the man, they listened to a terrible story that should not have been repeated and spread it to others. When I hear such stories it reminds me of two haddith, the one about the inhabitants of jahanam and the one about women being deficient in their intellect. The shaitan enters into many households by the tongues of gossipers, audhzbillah.

Shaykh Ibn Baaz (may Allaah have mercy on him) was asked: Is it permissible to respond to the adhaan that comes from a radio or TV?
      He replied:
If that is at the time of prayer then it is prescribed to respond to it, because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “When you hear the muezzin then say what he says, then send blessings upon me, for whoever sends one blessing upon me, Allaah will send ten blessings upon him in return, then ask Allaah to grant me al-waseelah, which is a position in Paradise that will be granted to only one slave of Allaah, and I hope that I will be the one, then intercession will be granted to him.” Narrated by Muslim in his Saheeh.
And he (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever says when he hears the call to prayer, ‘Allaahummah Rabba haadhihi’l-da’wat il-taammah wa’l-salaat il-qaa’imah, aati Muhammadan al-waseelata wa’l-fadeelah, wab’athhu maqaaman mahmoodan alladhi wa’adtahu (O Allaah, Lord of this perfect Call and the Prayer to be offered, grant Muhammad the privilege and also the eminence, and resurrect him to the praised position that You have promised), will be granted my intercession on the Day of Resurrection.”Narrated by al-Bukhaari in his Saheeh. Al-Bayhaqi added with a hasan isnaad after the words “that You have promised” “innaka laa tukhlif al-mee’aad (You do not break Your promise).” End quote.

Those women definitely shouldn’t have been nosey and should be told by their husbands or fathers or brothers but a wife asking this question to her husband and him not managing his anger, knowing how Allah has made women, is the problem. He’s the reason the marriage failed. Life will always throw fitna at you through your wives and children and society and if you are quick to anger then you are the problem not the shaitan around you. Weak brothers need to fear Allah and speak better especially when he knows his wife is new and doesn’t understand. He could have just explained. Communication is so important. Asking a question doesn’t mean she doesn’t trust him at all subhanallah May Allah help him to be more patient. All these sisters with these issues need to be taught better by our leaders. By the men. The fathers and husbands and brothers should manage their families better and stop allowing so much haram.

When woman say i get hurt when my man wants to marry another woman. The woman gets a simple... It is his right. You have to accept. As if she is not allowed to feel sad.
But men are always allowed to be sad. And it is always the womans fault for him to be sad.

1:45:34 Assalaamu Alaikum. Is the Imam’s salaam after tashahhud one or two actions to follow?
    (1) One Action - Wait for the Imam to finish giving salaam to the right and left, then immediately follow, or
(2)Two Actions - Give salaam to the right immediately after the Imam, then to the left immediately after the Imam.
I appreciate the detailed topics preparing us to maintain taqwa in Ramadan and beyond. May Allah SWT reward this team for spreading beneficial knowledge and the viewers for seeking beneficial knowledge. Ameen.

Sorry wait. If the sister was actually entitled to money why did he not give it to her? And why is the problem the people who told her she should look into that as opposed to the man who divorced his wife for such a minor reason.
A man divorced his wife due to a minor argument but somehow it’s meant to be the women’s fault?

The brother didn’t blame the wife, he blamed the meddling women in the masjid? It was not a minor argument, they made her call him and interrogate him in front if them subhannallah

Is it wrong to go to the masjid to get married? Not mixing but trying to find a spouse in a halal way? If not how do I go about trying to marry because my father is an older man he isn’t able to go out to find me a mate?

    • @Lamin-e5j6r
      @Lamin-e5j6r 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +7

Assalamu Alaikum sister, my humble opinion would be that you try speaking to the sisters if not try Emailing the Imam of the masjid if not able to then try speaking to him in a way that wont cause fitna of course, for example approaching him when hes surround by other men wouldn't be smart. Also there are telegram channels that do marriage services in a halal way, where you write your profile age, height, about you, what you're looking for etc.. and it's all in a halal way as the admins are in control and no one can get through to you without the admins speaking to YOU first to get your permission to give them your mahrams number/Email if you like their profile aswell. Avoid standing in parking lots and try to catch the attention of men etc.. like the sheikh mentions.
May Allah reward you for your efforts, keep you firm and grant you the best of husbands. Ameen

Asalamu alaykum, can someone please explain part 1:47 Ustadh mentioned when you start the prayer, but the Sujood part I didn’t understand.

    • @ummtotos9385
      @ummtotos9385 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

(correct timestamp 1:47:00 and topic starts at 1:46:00)
The ustadh is saying, if you leave the Takbiratul Intiqaal تكبيرة الانتقال ، (the Allahu Akbar said when switching positions), out of *Forgetfulness* then, scholars say (eg Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal) that you should do what's called the "Sujood of Forgetfulness", "Sujud Al Sahw" سجود السهو
These are actually two Sujoods done at the end of a prayer when a very important part of the prayer is left out of Forgetfulness, however only when the part is not crucial to the validity of the prayer (not a "rukn". If the part was essential you'd have to redo the entire rak'a).
To do Sujud Al Sahw, the most common way is to do your tashahhud+salatul ibrahimia at the end of your prayer, but then rather than saying assalam aleikum, you say allahu Akbar, do Sujud, then allahu Akbar and sit, then allahuakbar another Sujud, then allahu Akbar, sit and then say your salams (basically two extra sujuds).
And he goes on to mention, if you are praying behind an Imam, you don't need to do the Sujud Al sahw because you just follow the imam (unless he does it of course).
And Allah knows best and may Allah forgive me for errors.
