The story of Noah and his family whose lives have been changed by the support of The Hamlet.
The Hamlet Charity, based in Norfolk, supports over 500 families living with disabilities and complex needs.
Noah's mum said: "The Hamlet is a place where I can go and we are accepted and I am not judged by anyone. I don't know what I would do without The Hamlet. They give me confidence to take on tasks and take on the day if you like, with Noah. It's changed our lives forever."
