If you get caught with anything in your system that shouldn't be there, regardless of where it came from it's on you and you should be banned. I think if you’re found with gear in your system, just like a court of law, you should face a set of jurors to plead your innocence. If found guilty, then for sure an automatic ban must be implemented. The powers that be should pay for this considering the amount of money they demand, & the guilty parties in turn reimburse them & pay fines also.
