Honestly I’d be happy if I had the righty or the lefty. My luck comes and goes, but thankfully it was with me yesterday when I did one multi pull on the banner and got the vertex.
Man. That start was painfull to watch >< yet im impresed the team managed to cordinate mid way and turn the tide. I guess the early bombing dint paid off has mutch compared to doing so at rhe last 3 minutes.
I've had the Gaz-R since its banner but I didn't spin for it. An after match loot box dropped it if I recall but I haven't used it not even once. I'm not sure what people like about it but I'd rather use the Galbaldy Beta for those shield missiles. I just got the level 2 Gelgoog Vertex from the supply drop and my god I LOVE the thing, it's everything I want in a mobile suit and everything I like in a raid. Best part was I only had to spend 30 tokens which is always nice.
Maneuver Armor and the many melee weapons does make these Gaz units better than the Beta on the approach and with total combo damage done. My problem is the beam guns. They are contrary to the fluidity of the mobile suit. To contrast, see the shoulder missles and shoulder grenades on the Bolinoak and the Jarga. Plus the Jarga especially has the kinds of weapons which lend itself extremely well to a shoot out, which is something those shoulder guns are pretty nice for except for how you cannot move. Oh yeah, and Vertex is just a pleasure. Extremely fluid. The back missles are a little out of place but theoretically they're fine. A lot of forward momentum when you start using your down swings so I'm thinking more Nuetrals and Sides to make it so you're not misplacing yourself. The Vertex is definitely better over all to these Gaz units. One thing I do wish for is a buff to the Gelgoog cannon since the Vertex is using the exact same buckler but his actually has a hitpoint pool.
@@TheKing-qz9wd I didn't realize the Gaz-R has maneuver armor. I dunno at its cost range there are other generals I'd rather use multiple melee weapons are nice but if you have to chain a combo thats a much larger window for you to get countered by someone and I dislike that.
@@TheKing-qz9wd Also the Gelgoog Cannon? Really? It's an arm mounted triple barrel grenade launcher not a shield. Unless you meant on its right arm which there are no right arm shields in this game. That certainly would be odd and a first.
Not playing aggressive with this suit. If you play too cautious with a suit that was design for 1v1, it ends up just like how you did against the Jegan. 1v1, Gaz-R should be able to single handedly win against the Jegan anytime, anyday. Any suit with two evasion roll, ALWAYS bait the enemy with your first evasion, then stun, and punish them for it. It the same strategy that exist since Galbadly Alpha, Beta, VD Gouf, and so on.
I say the gaz-r is best with the dual beam saber

Gaz-R is pretty sick for the melee combos u can pull off since it has 2 melee weapons and one of the beam guns is better than the shield missles IMO
