Tom Fowler, bass player extraordinaire, of the Frank Zappa band has died aged 73. Here he is a short tribute to him on the Banned from Utopia 2015 UK tour ( with FZ original members; Robert Martin, Ray White and Albert Wing) at the Band on the Wall, Manchester. A great bass player. Condolences, he will be sorely missed.

Thanks for honouring him. He was one of my favourite bass players. I was there at Band on the Wall and my photo is from when I met him at Blackburn. (And my T shirt has my ticket on from when I saw him play with Frank at Liverpool 1973)

Great T Shirt. I saw the band on the same tour at Wembley, same week in 1973, I particularly remember Penguin in Bondage and Brown Shoes Don't Make It. th-cam.com/video/GFPOCydMDLU/w-d-xo.htmlfeature=shared
